The container can have a heat transfer system with one or more heat transfer elements in thermal communication with one or more surfaces of the body that define the chamber and configured to heat or cool the one or more surfaces to heat or cool the delivery items in the chamber. The container can wirelessly communicate with a remote electronic device to receive information from the remote electronic device and to communicate operational information from the one or more heat transfer elements to the remote electronic device.

摘要： Radiant furniture made of a concrete mix includes one or more heating elements or hot water supplied hydronic tubing that provide comfortable radiant heat. Tabletops can be heated to a temperature that is comfortable for people seated at the table. Benches and seats can be heated to provide comfortable heated seating. Combinations can also be used together, such as a heated tabletop with heated seats. A controller senses the temperature of the furniture and the ambient temperature, then applies power to one or more heating elements in the furniture according to programmed temperature thresholds to provide comfortable radiant heat from the furniture. The controller includes a calibration mode that allows calibrating the controller to a particular heated surface. The controller further comprises a knob that determines an operating mode for the controller and allows adjusting a temperature threshold for the heated surface up or down.

摘要： A lockable food delivery box apparatus for preventing food tampering and contamination includes an insulated box defining a storage cavity configured to store food items for delivery. A box lid is selectively engageable with an open side of the insulated box. An electronic lock is coupled to the insulated box and is in operational communication with the box lid to secure and alternatively free the box lid. The electronic lock has a transceiver configured to be in operational communication with a smartphone. A heating coil is coupled to the insulated box to raise the temperature within the storage cavity. A cooling system is coupled to the insulated box to lower the temperature within the storage cavity. A power supply is coupled within the insulated box and is in operational communication with the heating coil, the cooling system, and the electronic lock.
