摘要： A burner lance insert (1) for an electric arc furnace (2), includes a support body (3) that can be inserted into a wall opening (17) of the electric arc furnace (2). The insert has a front opening (5), a burner lance unit (7) which is mounted in the support body (3) in a rotatable manner about a rotational axis (A). A discharge channel (28) runs to a burner lance unit (7) discharge opening (29) lying in the front opening (5). A drive unit (9) rotates the burner lance unit (7) between two end positions in which the discharge opening (29) assumes different positions in the front opening (5) and the discharge channel (28) defines different discharge directions. The rotational axis (A) forms an angle between 30 degrees and 60 degrees, particularly preferably 40 degrees to 0 degrees, together with the direction of the gravitational force of the Earth after the support body (3) is inserted into the wall opening (17). The burner lance unit (7) is suitable for carrying out a burner operation as well as a lancing operation.

The fixed-type electric furnace comprises: a preheating furnace which is disposed on the side of a melting furnace and preheats an iron source (scrap) using exhaust gas from the melting furnace; a supply means for supplying the iron source, which has been preheated in the preheating furnace, to the melting furnace; the melting furnace comprising electrodes for melting the preheated iron source; and a fixed-type discharge means for discharging molten steel which has been melted in the melting furnace, wherein the preheating furnace is integrally connected to the melting furnace.

摘要： A metal melting furnace which effectively melts a melting material and holds the temperature of the molten material to reduce fuel. The metal melting furnace has a material charging port and a flue at its top and a melting chamber with a heating plate which melts a melting material charged from the material charging port at its bottom. A heating burner is disposed at a bottom side of the heating plate of the melting chamber and is used to melt the melting material on the heating plate. Exhaust gas of the heating burner, which circulates through the exhaust gas channel, is used to preheat the melting material of the flue. At a bottom side of the heating burner of the melting chamber, a molten material holding section into which molten material flows to be stored is formed. The heating burner holds the temperature of the molten material.
