摘要： In a small-sized vehicle such as a motorcycle, a motor tricycle or the like in which a front portion of a vehicle body is covered by a vehicle body cover and a carburetor is disposed inside of the vehicle body cover, a cooling air intake port is formed on the front surface of the vehicle body cover, a cooling air duct adjoining to the cooling air intake port is extended backwards of the vehicle body for guiding running wind intaken through the cooling air intake port to the carburetor through the cooling air duct, and thereby the carburetor is cooled. A second cooling air duct serving to guide running wind intaken through the cooling air intake port to a radiator, could be provided integrally with the above-mentioned cooling air duct.

摘要： In a fuel cut-off device for an engine in which one of a plurality of generating coils of a generator is connected to a normally-opened type solenoid valve adapted to block a fuel passage in a carburetor upon energization of the solenoid valve through an engine control switch adapted to be operated to a turned-off position and a turned-on position so that the solenoid valve can be energized from the one generating coil in the turned-off position of the switch, an output from the one generating coil is supplied to an electric load in the turned-on position of the engine control switch, together with outputs from the other generating coils. Thus, during operation of the engine, also the output from the one generating coil conventionally prepared for cutting off fuel is effectively supplied to the electric load, together with the outputs from the other generating coils, whereby the generating performance of the generator can be enhanced.

摘要： A four-valve cylinder head of a four-stroke engine has a body formed with an enlarged material cross-section portion located above a combustion chamber to increase heat exchange surface in the cylinder head. For cooling the cylinder head the latter is further formed with a straight passage receiving cooling air therethrough. The passage includes a central portion, a funnel-shaped portion communicating with the central portion, and a conical suction portion also communicating with the central portion. Cooling air is introduced into the interior of the head through the funnel-shaped portion and is sucked away through the conical suction portion.

The part of the case is comprised from a structural frame that is provided on the base frame. A cover is secured to the base frame, and covers the entire structural frame.
