    • A tent detachable arrangement for an instant setup foldable tent is disclosed. In this instant setup foldable tent, while retaining the advantages of the instant setup foldable tent such as speediness and convenience, a tent detachable arrangement is provided, making it possible to attach and detach the tent to and from the tent frame, enabling the user to pitch the tent or the fly selectively or both, thus promoting the usefulness of the tent. The instant setup foldable tent includes a plurality of foldable tent frames secured to a hub, and a tent cloth is coupled to the plurality of the foldable tent frames by a plurality of hooks. The tent includes a tent detachable coupling attached between a lower portion of the tent cloth and a lower portion of each pole of the foldable tent frames making it possible to attach and detach the test cloth to and from the frames, leaving tent frame untouched; and further includes a pole-securing arrangement provided to secure the tent poles firmly to the ground.

    • A cleat comprising a body comprising a first portion and that defines a web cutout and a tent pole cutout, and a second portion that defines a guy rope cutout, and the body comprising a bend where the first portion and the second portion meet. The cleat is made of steel or other non-cast metal, and can withstand loading imposed by humans and ratchets without failing. In an embodiment, the first portion comprises a rectangular shape and the second portion comprises a trapezoidal shape, and the first portion and the second portion meet at a bend. The cleat further comprises a web wrapping portion formed adjacent to the web cutout, and a clip is provided. The clip is received in the web cutout and fitted about the web wrapping portion, the clip for preventing a canopy web of a tent from wearing out when the cleat is attached to the canopy web.

    • A portable enclosure for temporary shelter purposes as a storage building or workshop at remote construction sites comprises a plurality of articulable frames mounted on a towable boom, which may be coupled to a towing tractor, and which has wheels at the other end so that it may be towed. Each of the frames has first to fourth frame members, with a first cylinder mounted between the boom and the first frame member to adjust the tilted disposition of that member with respect to the boom to vertical. The angle between the second and third members is adjusted by a second cylinder. The fourth member also assumes a vertical orientation. Thus, each of the first and fourth frame members of each frame is articulable to a substantially vertical orientation, and they are horizontally distanced one from the other so as to form a storage or workshop space between them.

    • The present invention provides a mechanized fumigation tent with a composite closing structure. The composite closing structure is connected to the bottom perimeter of side curtains for sealing the bottom perimeter of the side curtains. The composite closing structure has at least a first component and second component. The first component is a structural support component and has sufficient rigidity to flex no greater than 6 inches over a 10 foot length with a fulcrum weight of 100 pounds. The second component is a sealing component and is formed of flexible material. Further, the sealing component may be a flexible base mounted along the bottom perimeter for receiving, holding and releasing water from an external water supply. When the sealing component holds water, it will seal the tent to a floor. In a preferred embodiment, the structural support component is formed of a triangular cross-sectional shape. The structural support component may be embedded within the sealing component or connected to an outside of the sealing component.

    • An apparatus and method is disclosed for providing a collapsible support structure strut comprising, which may include a strut member; a hollow tubular terminal end portion of the strut member having an inner surface; and a detachable looped eyelet having at least one loop and a pair of extending legs, the legs being springedly biased to engage the tubular terminal end of the strut, thereby frictionally holding the looped eyelet in place at the terminal end of the strut. The apparatus and method may also employ a holding plug having at least a portion thereof that is shaped and sized to frictionally engage the inner surface of the tubular terminal end of the strut to frictionally hold the holding plug in engagement with the strut; and first and a second holding groove opposingly placed in the periphery of the holding plug and extending axially of the holding plug and adapted to either jamb a portion of a leg of the detachable looped eyelet against the inner surface of the tubular terminal end of the strut or to frictionally engage the leg of the detachable looped eyelet or to do both, to thereby improve the frictional holding of the eyelet in the tubular terminal end. The tubular terminal end of the strut may also have a pair of opposing holes in the tubular end, each positioned and sized to receive the respective protrusion from a respective leg portion of the detachable looped eyelet. The detachable looped eyelet may also have at least two loops.
