摘要： The invention relates to a lightweight concrete building structure using pre-stressed lightweight structural beams 46 with a lightweight floor panel (48) spanning between beams (46). In a particular arrangement, the parking system using building structure (10) may be about less than half the weight than traditional parking building structures. In accordance with one arrangement of the particular embodiment of the invention, the building structure comprises floor structures having one or more structural beams, and one of more lightweight panels for attachment to the structural beam, wherein the floor structure is defined by joining together the one or more lightweight structural beams and the one of more lightweight panels. This particular arrangement is particularly useful because it permits defining a floor structure capable of sustaining relative large loads (such as a multitude of vehicles) using lightweight floor panels.

摘要： Method and device for strengthening and lightening floor and roof framing, using several devices, prefabricated beams, molds, mesh, concrete laid on site and where necessary reinforcing rods. The method involves affixing the device, including a section, two bolts and a pin, wrapped transversally around the beam. Several devices can be affixed along each beam. The beams are placed on their walls or girders, parallel and separated depending on the molds, then the molds are seated in the protruding segments of the bolts of the device until the spans are covered, affixing reinforcing rods in the sides of the device where necessary. The mesh is laid by attaching it to the ends of the devices. The concrete is poured until the compression slab and the channels above the beams are filled. Once set, the bolts are removed to recover the molds from below.

摘要： A form element for use in constructing concrete ceiling and floor structures. The form element includes two gypsum board strips and a gypsum board sheet assembled in a U-shaped configuration. The gypsum board pieces are retained in such configuration by two or more spacers within the U shape; steel strapping circumscribing the structure at the locations of the spacers retain the parts in assembled condition. The form element is inverted and placed on two adjacent joists with the gypsum board sheet spanning the space between the joists. The spacers support the sheet so that it can support fluid concrete placed thereon. After the concrete cures, the spacers are removed by cutting the strapping. A method for forming the ceiling and floor structure is also disclosed.
