摘要： A method of applying stitching to an interior component is provided herein. The method including the steps of: a) penetrating the outer skin layer, the substrate layer and the intermediary layer with a chain stitch pattern machine to form a piercing therethrough; b) retracting the chain stitch pattern machine from the outer skin layer, the substrate layer and the intermediary layer; c) inserting a needle through the piercing through the substrate layer, the intermediary layer and the outer skin layer to grasp a thread positioned on the outer skin layer; d) pulling the thread through the outer skin layer, the intermediary layer and the substrate layer; e) advancing the interior component to another position, wherein a backside of the substrate layer is free of obstructions; and f) repeating steps a-e until a predetermined amount of stitches are applied to the interior component.

The processes include the acquiring reference data representing a relative positional relationship between a sewing position and an arrangement position. The sewing position is a position of the pattern sewn on the sewing object by the sewing portion. The arrangement position is a position of a decorative component arranged on the sewing object. The processes include displaying, on the basis of the acquired reference data, a mark that indicates the arrangement position corresponding to the sewing position.

A biasing member is coupled to the needle bar assembly, the biasing member being arranged to pivot and align the needle bar assembly in the second position in response to the needle bar being moved to the withdrawn position.

摘要： An apparatus for securing and releasing an embroidery frame to a clamping rail comprises a connecting piece guide with a bore therethrough and a rod extending through the bore and extending along the clamping rail and guided in the bore for movement in the connecting piece guide bore. The rod carries a pressure piece which is movable with the rod. The clamping rail has a plurality of spaced apart embroidery frame pin receiving openings and embroidery frames are secured by inserting the pins of the frame into the openings. Each pin has a side with a cutout and each pin receiving opening has a fixed spacer plate adjacent the opening which carries a resilient holder which may be engaged in a cutout of the embroidery frame pin when it is inserted into the associated opening. Engagement and disengagement of the resilient holder with the pin is effected by a lever which may engaged by a person's hand which is mounted on the clamping rails so that it may be pulled outwardly or pushed inwardly to cause movement of the rod to effect the shifting of a pressure piece carried by the rod to either deflect the holder toward or away from the cutout of the pin for effecting either the release or securement of the pin as desired. The handle may be connected to shift a connecting piece carrying a rod which actuates one or more resilient holders to release or hold one or more embroidery frame pins as desired.
