摘要： The present disclosure provides a preparation method of a homogeneous rare earth catalyst. In the present disclosure, a depolymerizing agent is introduced into the homogeneous rare earth catalyst to promote complete depolymerization of an alkyl aluminum trimer into monomolecular alkyl aluminum. As a result, there is an increase in the number of the alkyl aluminum which serves as an effective chain transfer agent, resulting in a greatly improved chain transfer rate, such that a polymerization system has completed the chain transfer in an early stage of the reaction. Accordingly, an aluminum terminal molecular chain has an increased concentration, leading to an accelerated exchange with an active center propagating chain and a decreased influence caused by an increased viscosity of the system, maintaining living polymerization of the system.

摘要： According to various embodiments, systems, methods, and computer program products for click-chemistry compatible structures, additive manufacturing resins for forming the same, and method of formation of such structures and resins, as well as techniques for functionalizing click-chemistry compatible structures are disclosed. The inventive structures generally include a plurality of photo polymerized molecules structurally arranged according to a three-dimensional pattern, while surfaces of the structure are functionalized with one or more click-chemistry compatible molecules each having one or more click-chemistry compatible functional groups. The structures may be formed from single- or dual-component resins, each having unique synthetic pathways. The resulting structures may be functionalized for utility in a wide range of applications by leveraging click chemistry to further functionalize the structure with organic additives also compatible with click-chemistry reaction schemes.

摘要： A tough, high performance polyimide is provided by reacting a triple bond conjugated with an aromatic ring in a bisethynyl compound with the active double bond in a compound containing a double bond activated toward the formation of a Diels-Adler type adduct, especially a bismaleimide, a biscitraconimide, or a benzoquinone, or mixtures thereof. Addition curing of this product produces a highly linear polymeric structure and heat treating the highly linear polymeric structure produces a thermally-stable aromatic addition-type thermoplastic polyimide, which finds utility in the preparation of molding compounds, adhesive compositions, and polymer matrix composites.

摘要： Novel thermosetting, solvent-based, crosslinkable and chain-extendable coating compositions are provided. The coating compositions are suitable to be formulated as high solids coating compositions and comprise bis-diene oligomers, bis-dieneophile oligomers, crosslinking agent, organic solvent and, preferably, catalyst. The composition cures at elevated temperature to provide a coating on a substrate, such as sheet steel or the like, which is highly resistant to corrosion, humidity and solvents and provides corrosion protection for the substrate.
