摘要： Provided is an industrially simple and cheap method for efficiently removing butene from crude monofluorobutane containing butene without causing substantial decomposition, transformation, or the like of the monofluorobutane. In a provided monofluorobutane purification method, crude monofluorobutane containing butene is brought into contact with trihalomethane in the presence of an alkali aqueous solution to convert the butene to a compound having a higher boiling point than the monofluorobutane, water is subsequently added to a reaction mixture obtained thereby to dissolve a produced salt, an organic layer is separated, and then the separated organic layer is purified by distillation.

Advantageously, the processes may be conducted at lower temperatures than 600° C., or less than 500° C., so that energy savings are provided, and/or at higher pressures so that high throughputs may also be realized. The use of catalysts or initiators may provide additional enhancements to conversion rates and selectivity, as may adjustments to the molar ratio of the reactants.

摘要： The invention is directed to a phosphine compound represented by general formula (1) wherein R′ and R″ independently are selected from alkyl, cycloalkyl and 2-furyl radicals, or R′ and R″ are joined together to form with the phosphorous atom a carbon-phosphorous monocycle comprising at least 3 carbon atoms or a carbon-phosphorous bicycle; the alkyl radicals, cycloalkyl radicals, and carbon-phosphorous monocycle being unsubstituted or substituted by at least one radical selected from the group of alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, alkoxy, and aryloxy radicals; Cps is a partially substituted or completely substituted cyclopentadien-1-yl group, including substitutions resulting in a fused ring system, and wherein a substitution at the 1-position of the cyclopentadien-1-yl group is mandatory when the cyclopentadien-1-yl group is not part of a fused ring system or is part of an indenyl group. Also claimed is the use of these phosphines as ligands in catalytic reactions and the preparation of these phosphines.

摘要： The present invention provides one-step processes for the production of chlorinated and/or fluorinated propenes. The processes provide good product yield with low, e.g., less than about 20%, or even less than 10%, concentrations of residues/by-products. Advantageously, the processes may be conducted at low temperatures than 500° C. so that energy savings are provided, and/or at higher pressures so that high throughputs may also be realized. The process comprises reacting a hydrocarbon feed (20) and a fluorocarbon feed (10) in a high temperature reactor (26), at sufficiently high temperature and sufficiently short resident time to form a reaction product mixture (28) having the fluorinated unsaturated compound as the major reaction product, and cooling (18) to a temperature sufficiently low to inhibit polymerisation of the unsaturated compound. The reaction product may then be processed by removal of higher molecular weight compounds (35) and acids (32) and optionally separated (44) into product components.
