摘要： There is provided a process for the production of alkyl-thiolhydroxamates in high yields and purity. The reaction is effected by contacting a hydroxylamine salt and an S-alkyl thiolimidic ester salt in a suitable solvent in the presence of an ammonium, alkali or alkaline earth metal carbonate or bicarbonate at a low pH and at a temperature in the 25.degree.-50.degree. C. range until the reaction is complete, and recovering the desired product.

摘要： A novel S-methyl N-[{N-methyl-N-(N,N-disubstituted aminosulfenyl)carbamoyl}oxy]thioacetamidate derivative represented by the formula (I): ##STR1## which has insecticidal, miticidal or nematocidal activity comparable to or higher than known methomyl but which is quite low in toxicity to warm-blooded animals as compared to methomyl, is disclosed. An insecticidal, miticidal or nematocidal composition containing the same, and a process for preparing the same are also disclosed. A method for controlling noxious insects, mites or nematodes by using the same is further disclosed.

摘要： Certain N-cyanoimidates are prepared by (a) contacting a propendimidate dihydrohalide salt with two equivalents of a base to produce a bisimidate; (b) contacting the bisimidate with cyanogen chloride to produce a mixture of N-cyanoimidate and a monohydrohalide bisimidate salt; (c) isolating the N-cyanoimidate. The N-cyanoimidate may, by heating, be converted to a pyrimidine, useful as a herbicide intermediate.

摘要： The invention relates to 3-phenoxymethylene-anilines of the formula ##STR1## wherein R is a ##STR2## radical or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy, R is halogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 haloalkyl,R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4, each independently of the other, are hydrogen or halogenR.sub.5 is hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkylR.sub.6 is hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.4 alkenyl or C.sub.2 -C.sub.4 alkynyl, andR.sub.7 is hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, while R.sub.5 and R.sub.6, or R.sub.6 and R.sub.7, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, can form a heterocyclic ring system which may be interrupted by further hetero-atoms.Where R is a --NR.sub.6 R.sub.7 radical, the salts with acids also fall within the scope of formula I. These compounds have excellent selective herbicidal properties.
