摘要： A flexible container for holding a liquid includes two walls made of a flexible material, the free overlaying edges of the walls being assembled together by a weld or an adhesive seam so as to define an inner sealed volume of the container. The two walls also define a spout designed to protrude outwards from a peripheral portion of the container, and an outflow channel connects the spout with the inner volume of the container. One or several obstacles are formed by welding or bonding together the two walls in the inner volume, substantially opposite from and in the vicinity of, the channel leading to the spout in such a manner as to limit the section of the passage available for the liquid between the inner volume and the outflow channel. One narrowed passage is left open in such a manner that a portion of the surface including the spout is deflected. This portion of the surface is substantially defined by the obstacle(s) and by folds directed substantially transverse with respect to the obstacles.

摘要： An easy-open, re-closable package for a plurality of disposable diapers includes a wrapping layer which substantially surrounds the plurality of disposable diapers and a re-closable fastening system. The re-closable fastening system may be joined with the wrapping layer. The re-closable fastening system may have a female fastening portion and a male fastening portion, wherein the female fastening portion and the male fastening portion being releasably engageable. In another exemplary embodiment, the male fastening portion is releasably engageable between the plurality of disposable diapers and the wrapping layer. The re-closable package may also include a removable portion. The removable portion being integrally formed within the re-closable fastening system. The removable portion may include a grip portion. The removable portion may be defined by a first perforation and a second perforation, wherein pulling upon the grip portion results in the tearing along of the perforations so as to open the package.

摘要： A wrapper or sleeve-type package is disclosed for packaging, shipping and dispensing flat stacked articles in bulk such as envelopes. The package comprises an elongated construction having the same shape in cross section as the packaged articles, with foldably connected top, bottom and end panels and open side walls. The articles are retained in the package by short flap extensions which are foldably connected to the sides of the top, bottom and end panels. The end of these short flap extensions are adhered together to complete the package. Meanwhile, the package further includes a novel opening means incorporated into the top panel for dispensing the articles into an automatic inserting machine or the like.

摘要： A shipping carton construction comprising a closed carton containing a plurality of containers. The containers upstand in the carton in side-by-side abutting positions and are arranged in groups with a packaging device for each group. The packaging device is formed from a resilient deformable plastics sheet material in the shape of a plurality of bands arranged in two adjacent rows. The bands are circumferentially applied about the individual containers to separate and cushion the individual containers in a spaced-apart relationship so that in transport and handling, containers having a high finish are not scratched or marred. The containers are cylindrical and have a substantial upper chime such as particularly used in the distribution of aerosol spray products, and each of the bands of the group packaging devices has a particularly formed and arranged plastics tab that projects upwardly over the container chime to further cushion adjacent packaged groups and to prevent the chimes of one group from overriding or climbing the chimes of another group in the transport and handling of the carton. Each of the tabs is further provided with a particular slit that does not weaken the stretched container encircling bands nor interfere with the cushioning function of the tabs, but permits the bands to be easily fractured by a person such as a grocery or supermarket clerk when the carton has been opened and the containers are to be removed and placed on the store shelves.
