    • A method for collecting liquid spillage at rail facilities using a structure that may include a plurality of center pans (10) and side pans (14) arranged in end to end relation. The pans (10, 14) are formed of a plastic material, preferably high density polyethylene. Each pan (10, 14) has a vertical drain pipe (54, 78) which fits within an elastomeric sleeve (60) about an upper drain opening (34) in a transverse drain conduit (28) positioned between a pair of crossties beneath the pans (10, 14). Each center pan (10) has a resilient upwardly inclined side flange or lip (44). For installation, the center pan (10) is preferably installed by first inserting one resilient side flange (44) beneath the head (16) of an adjacent rail (12) and then lowering the bottom (40) of the pan (10) onto the upper surface of the crossties (24) with drain pipe (54) received in sealing relation within the aligned elastomeric seal (60). Then, the opposed side flange (44) supported on the upper surface of the head (16) is forced or pushed downwardly beneath the head (16) where it snaps into sealing relation generally at the juncture of the vertical web (18) and the head (16) of the rail (12). Removable covers 90, 104, and 90A, are for covering center pans (10) and side pans (14).

    • A paint tray is provide for applying paint evenly onto a commercial paint roller. The paint tray includes a centralized paint well and two opposing roller ramps. The ramps include a plurality of evenly spaced, upwardly extending spikes that engage the roller nap and aid in its rotation. The paint tray also has a plurality of roller end wipers located along a right and left side of the paint tray. The end wipers remove excess paint from the ends of the roller, which aids in eliminating drips and runs on the painted surface. The paint tray also has a four outboard legs that support the paint tray off of the ground and provide for increased stability and resistance to movement when applying paint to the roller.

    • A disposable foil container formed from a single sheet of metal comprises a bottom panel, a continuous wall panel, and a continuous rim. The bottom panel includes an upwardly-projecting rib configuration wherein a peripheral rib, having first and second opposing side curved sections and first and second opposing end curved sections, encompasses a pair of traversing ribs, first and second returning ribs, and a central portion of the bottom panel. Each curved traversing rib extends towards the central portion, has a first end intersecting with said first side curved section, and has a second end intersecting with said second side curved section at a first set of intersections. Each traversing rib is bisected into substantially equal parts by a major axis. The first returning rib has first and second ends intersecting said first side curved section and the second returning rib has first and second ends intersecting said second curved section at a second set of intersections. Each returning rib is bisected into equal parts by a minor axis. All of the ribs have rounded tops. The first and second set of intersections form smooth curvilinear corners and have a minimized flat top surface areas to prevent rib deformation.

    • A container having an enclosure and a lid is used for storing viscous fluids. The enclosure has a first flat face and a second flat face. The enclosure is stable when resting on either the first or second face. The enclosure has an interior wall along the second face that slopes downwardly from the first face to a third face to define a lowermost region at the intersection of the second face and the third face when the container rests on its second face. The enclosure also has an open neck at the intersection of the second face and the third face that extends parallel to the second face and upon which the lid is secured. When the container rests on the second face, the contents of the container drain into the neck. When the container rests on the first face, the contents of the container drain away from the neck.
