摘要： A cargo rack for transferring loads between a marine vessel and an offshore marine platform (for example, oil and gas well drilling or production platform) provides a frame having a base, a front, a rear, upper and lower end portions and side walls. The lower end of the frame has a floor. Openings in the base align with forklift tine tubes or sockets. The frame includes a pair of fixed side walls extending upwardly from the base that include at least left and right side walls. A plurality of gates are movably mounted on the frame including a gate at least at the front and at least at the rear of the frame, each gate being movable between open and closed positions. The gates enable a forklift to place loads on the floor by accessing either the front of the frame or the rear of the frame. Each gate can be pivotally attached to a corner column.

摘要： The present invention provides a system for stacking, storing, and loading metal sheets. In accordance with a preferred embodiment, the present invention provides a pallet which includes multiple posts that allow alignment of sheets of material on the pallet. Preferably, the pallet further includes posts which include stacking bells which allow the pallets to stack together while preventing damage to loaded materials. In accordance with one preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pallets may be stored in a specially designed rack.

摘要： A single sheet unitary molded plastic pallet has nine open top molded plastic leg structures extending to a common floor plane wherein the leg structures are arranged in three columns and three rows and include a center leg structure. The pallet also has connector structures arranged between the leg structures and having corner ribs extending therefrom to the leg structures so as to provide a floor plane which is substantially continuous in all directions, and a load plane which is substantially continuous in all directions. The side surfaces of the connector structures having opening for forklift tangs. The pallet has a continuous peripheral lip which can accept an elasticized load cover.

摘要： A pallet, a method of securing a load to a pallet, and a method of manufacturing therefor, in which the pallet includes a top plate defining a first surface area, abase structure defining a second surface area that is less than the first surface area, and support legs, at least a portion of which join the top plate and the base structure. The support legs are disposed between the top plate and the base structure in an arrangement that accommodates engagement of the pallet with a standard jacking device along any edge of the pallet. Securing slots extend through the top plate, wherein a first subset of the securing slots is oriented lengthwise parallel to a first edge of the top plate and a second subset of the securing slots is oriented lengthwise perpendicular to the first edge of the top plate. A pair of edges of the top plate extend beyond a pair of edges of the base structure that are parallel to the pair of edges of the top plate to further facilitate engagement of the pallet with a lifting mechanism.

The goods, preferably in displays or stacking trays (70) are supported on the pallet's base (21). The pallet (20) includes removable wheels or casters (36) and two parallel rails or guides (33) projecting from the bottom surface (26) and a perimeter wall (22, 23) projecting from the upper surface (25). To the extent a forklift is used, the guides (33) provide a side-exposed space or opening between the wheels (36) permitting insertion of the forklift tines. The cover (60) and pallet tray (70) include side openings (63, 73) to align with the space or openings below the pallet (20) base (21) and between the guides (33) so that forklifts and their tines may be used with the covered assembly (10).

Each first coupling axle includes a first base from which a first extension section extends. The first extension section forms first flexible engagement keys. The base board forms first receiving sections corresponding to the first bases and also forming first track channels corresponding to the first extension sections. Each first track channel forms therein first retention slots corresponding to the first flexible engagement keys. The first bases are movably received in the first receiving slots. The first flexible engagement keys are receivable in the first retention slots to retain the first coupling axles in the base board. The first extension sections have ends fixed in the first secondary boards.

摘要： An industrial platform for material handling, such as a plastic pallet, is constructed of three scuffed thermoplastic sheets, including exterior intumescent polymeric surfaces for resisting the spread of combustion flames and insulating the interior surfaces from the high temperature of fire. The pallet is reinforced with optional rigidifying structures without article modification. Pallet members are joined with snap together features providing an assembled article. The pallet includes handles for ergonomic manipulation by worker, and is readily adapted to receive a number of unitization accessories for enhancing material handling operations.
