摘要： The apparatus for manufacturing bags for medical use includes an extruding machine, a device for forming an extruded tube, a device for supplying outlet devices, and a device for conveying the extruded tube horizontally. The device for forming the extruded tube has a die through which pass a sterile air supply line, a medical fluid supply line, an air recovering line and a second sterile air supply line which passes through the medical fluid supply line. The extruding machine extrudes a tube in a fused state and outlet devices are welded to the extruded tube in the fused state. The extruded tube is pressed by the formation device at intervals along it to form fused portions bounding chambers and a fluid passage through each fused portion to connect the chambers. Sterile air is fed into the extruded tube and the shape of the extruded tube is maintained by the pressure of the sterile air. The volatile component contained in the component material used to make the bag is recovered by a recovering line connected with the interior of the tube. Also, a medical fluid is fed from the medical fluid supply line into the chambers. The fluid passages of the extruded tube thus filled with the medical fluid are sealed by a welding and cutting device, and, at the same time, the fused portions are cut through to form the individual bags.

摘要： Successive increments of a thermoplastic tube are extruded in vertical direction from an orifice, and a first partible mold is closed about the increment immediately downstream of the orifice whereupon the increment is expanded to the shape of a first semi-finished container, while simultaneously completing the expansion of the neck region of an already filled second semi-finished container accommodated in a second partible mold downstream of the first mold and communicating with the interior of the first container, is completed. The containers are then sealed and separated from one another and the first container in the first mold is filled. The second container is discharged from the second mold and the relative positions of the molds are reversed in preparation for repetition of the preceding steps.

摘要： Provided are a method and an apparatus for extruding into a tube and filling the tube at a high speed and simultaneously sealing the tube. Specifically provided is a method for producing a polymer tube, containing a liquid therein and being sealed at constant intervals, the method including an extrusion step of continuously melt-extruding a polymer material through a die into at least one tube, while feeding a liquid into the tube to obtain at least one liquid-containing tube; and sealing step of discontinuously pressing the at least one liquid-containing tube between a pair of pressurizing members at constant intervals to cause pressure-bonding before the tube solidifies, while continuously taking up the extruded tube.
