摘要： The present invention relates to a polymerizable composition, comprising a polymerizable monomer of formula (I), a copolymerizable UV-initiator, at least one copolymerizable (meth)acrylic monomer: R1—(OCH2CH2)n-L-OC(O)—CR2═CH2 Formula (I) wherein R1 is hydrogen or a C1-C6 alkyl group, n is an integer from 1 to 100, L is a single bond or a divalent linking group, preferably a single bond or a C1-6 alkylene group, and R2 is hydrogen or a CH3 group; and optionally (d) at least one copolymerizable non-acrylate monomer; wherein the amount of the polymerizable monomer of formula (I) is between 2.5 and 40% by weight of the total of all polymerizable monomers (a), (b), (c) and (d). The invention also relates to a random copolymer obtained by reacting the polymerizable composition, a crosslinked product of the random copolymer and an adhesive composite material comprising the random copolymer or the crosslinked product on a substrate.

A web of material is provided to at least one cutting station in which a first pattern is generated in the web of material. A further cutting may occur to create additional modifications in order to provide additional features for the intended end use of the product. The cutting may be performed by a laser either alone or in combinations with other cutting technologies.

摘要： To provide a method for manufacturing a double-sided adhesive material suitable for the size and shape of various articles using a simple process without reducing the yield of the adhesive material that is used, and to provide an article with a double-sided adhesive material that uses the double-sided adhesive material obtained by this manufacturing method. [Resolution means] Liquid photo curing adhesive 12 is applied by direct drawing onto a specific region corresponding to the size and shape of an article to be used, on the surface of a first plate 10, using a robot. A sheet shaped second plate 20 is placed on the first plate 10 where the adhesive 12 was applied, such that the adhesive 12 is interposed between both plates. Light for curing the adhesive is then irradiated from both sides of the adhesive 12 so that the light will pass through both the first plate 10 and the second plate 20 and reach the adhesive 12.

摘要： Adhesives compositions and methods of preparing adhesive compositions are described. The methods generally comprise a) providing a syrup composition comprising i) a free-radically polymerizable solvent monomer; and ii) a solute (meth)acrylic copolymer; and b) radiation curing the syrup composition in the absence of an ionic photoacid generator. In one embodiment, the solute (meth)acrylic copolymer as provided or during curing comprises repeat units derived from at least one alkyl(meth)acrylate monomer, at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer comprising an acid-functional group; and at least one (meth)acryloyl monomer comprising an epoxy-functional group; and the acid-functional groups crosslink with the epoxy-functional groups. In another embodiment, the solute (meth)acrylic copolymer comprising repeat units derived from at least one alkyl(meth)acrylate monomer and at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer comprising an acid-functional group; and an epoxy resin, having on average greater than one polymerizable epoxy group per molecule, crosslinks the acid-functional groups.

摘要： One embodiment of the present invention provides a new transparent double-sided adhesive sheet that, in bonding of image display device-constituting members provided with a step portion on the bonding surface thereof with a transparent double-sided adhesive sheet interposed therebetween, can conform to the step portion to fill every corner therewith, can also allow strain generated in the adhesive sheet to be relaxed, and furthermore can maintain foaming resistance under a high-temperature and/or high-humidity environment without impairment of handleability. One embodiment of the present invention proposes a transparent double-sided adhesive sheet in a B-stage state, in which, first, the transparent double-sided adhesive sheet contains at least one (meth)acrylate (co)polymer, an ultraviolet polymerization initiator (A) having a molar absorptivity at a wavelength of 365 nm of 10 or more and a molar absorptivity at a wavelength of 405 nm of 0.1 or less, and a visible light polymerization initiator (B) having a molar absorptivity at a wavelength of 405 nm of 10 or more, and, second, a value (E′/G′) obtained by dividing a dynamic storage elastic modulus (E′) at 60° C. determined by a tension method, by a dynamic storage elastic modulus (G′) at 60° C. determined by a shear method is 10 or more.

摘要： A kind of light-heat dual curing anisotropic conductive adhesive includes light curing activated monomer 15.0-18.0%, light-cured resin 4.5-12.5%, thermosetting resin 20.0-25.0%, elastomer 5.0-10.0%, insulating nanoparticles 8.0-15.0%, conductive particles 4.0-18.0%, light curing agent 3.0-5.0% and latent heat curing agent 12.0-16.0%, wherein the components are counted according to weight percentage. The present invention also discloses a kind of light-heat dual curing anisotropic conductive film (ACF) and its preparation methods. Ultraviolet light curing method is applied to produce ACF can avoid using solvent to protect the natural environment. When using ACF, heat curing method is then applied to guarantee the quality of banding and the reliability.

摘要： A pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film of the present invention comprises an optical film; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer laminated on at least one side of the optical film, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed from an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising a (meth)acrylic polymer comprising 30 to 99.99% by weight of an alkyl(meth)acrylate monomer unit and 0.01 to 15% by weight of a functional group-containing monomer unit, and the (meth)acrylic polymer in the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is crosslinked by electron beam irradiation. The pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film has a high level of reworkability, durability and workability.
