摘要： Described is a novel spindle mounting assembly for use with a computer numeric controlled (CNC) machine, such as a drill tap machine. In one example an auto changer spindle mounting assembly includes a collar with a gas inlet. The collar defines a collar opening therethrough to create a passage between the first side of the collar with the second side of the collar. The collar further includes a passage in fluid communication between the gas inlet and through a nipple to the collar opening. The mounting assembly includes a manifold body with a gas outlet adapted to mate with the gas inlet of the collar, the manifold body defined a passage in fluid communications between, the gas outlet and a manifold body inlet. Also included is at least one extension bar, adapted to mechanically fasten to the manifold body to a computer controlled machine.

The tool unclamping operation device includes an angle tool holder rest, a hydraulic piston, and a restrictor. The angle tool holder is to be placed on the angle tool holder rest. The restrictor is disposed on the angle tool holder rest to restrict a portion of the angle tool holder and to receive force in a direction of the spindle axis which is generated in a case where the hydraulic piston presses the draw bar.

摘要： An apparatus configured to convert a rotary machine to a non-rotary machine is provided. The apparatus may include a tool body that engages a rotary head of a CNC mill and a rotation restraint member that is fixed at a stationary position relative to a rotational axis of the rotary head. An arm of the tool body may engage the rotation restraint member to prevent rotation of the tool body. A cutting tool may be coupled to the tool body such that rotation thereof is also fixed. The arm of the tool body may include an elongated aperture that allows for slight pivoting of the tool body and the cutting tool to facilitate chip removal and cutting in opposing directions. Related methods are also provided.

A mounting assembly for use with a spindle, a CNC machine, an auto changer device and an air supply line, can include a mounting collar and a mounting block. The mounting collar can have a collar body and a collar arm, where the collar body defines a collar opening and one or more grooves circumscribing the collar opening, where the one or more grooves each have a sealing element positioned therein, and wherein the collar arm has a collar inlet, a collar outlet and a collar channel to provide fluid communication between the collar inlet and the collar outlet. The mounting block can be connected to the CNC machine and can have a block inlet connected to the air supply line, a block outlet, and a block channel to provide fluid communication between the block inlet and the block outlet.

摘要： An improved milling machine makes use of individually controlled x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis carriages. These carriages provide positive and precise control of the position of the cutting tools and the blank to be cut. The tools are located in spindles that are moved in the x-axis. A work piece or blank is manipulated in the y-axis and the z-axis. The tools are offset in the x-axis. Lights on a work space door are used to signal the condition of the mill machine and the milling operation. A tool changer allows the tools to be changed to accommodate other materials. A camera or other sensor is used to detect the location and wear on the tools.

摘要： The present invention provides a tool holder interchangeably attached to a machine tool such as a combined machining lathe. A combined machining lathe 1 comprises main spindles 20 and 30 for gripping a workpiece, and a machining main spindle head 50 which rotates around a B axis. There are provided stockers S1 and S2 inside the lathe, and tool holders 200 and 300 are respectively stored in the stockers S1 and S2. The tool holder 200 comprises a taper shank portion 230 of a main shaft in a housing 210 and four pull studs PS2 around the taper shank portion 230 of a main shaft, and is gripped by collet chucks of the machining main spindle head 50. Rotation of the taper shank portion 230 of a main shaft is transmitted to a shaft 250 via a gear mechanism, to drive a drill tool 252 to drill a deep hole.
