摘要： A polymer battery module packaging sheet includes, as essential components, a base layer (61), an aluminum layer (62), chemical conversion coatings (64a, 64b) coating the opposite surfaces of the aluminum layer (62), and an innermost layer (63). The chemical conversion coatings (64a, 64b) are formed by processing the opposite surfaces of the aluminum layer (62) by a phosphate treatment method. The base layer (61) and the innermost layer (63) are bonded to the chemical conversion coatings (64a, 64b) of the aluminum layer (62) with adhesive layers (65a, 65b), respectively.

摘要： The invention concerns a battery pack (1), comprising a plurality of electrically connected battery cells (2), wherein the battery cells (2) are substantially flat with two opposite sides (2a, 2b) and a peripheral edge (2c), and wherein the battery cells (2) are arranged side by side as to form a layered structure, and an electronic arrangement configured to monitor and control the battery cells (2). The invention is characterized in that the electronic arrangement comprises a plurality of individual electronic circuit units (30), each of which being associated with a corresponding battery cell (2), wherein each of the electronic circuit units (30) is configured to be capable of monitoring and controlling its corresponding battery cell (2), and wherein each electronic circuit unit (30) is arranged on a thin and flexible circuit carrying sheet (3) that is arranged at one of the sides (2a, 2b) of the corresponding battery cell (2). The invention also concerns a method for manufacturing of a battery pack (1).

摘要： A battery module and a method of manufacture are provided. The battery module may include a printed circuit board (PCB) assembly. The PCB assembly may include a PCB designed to be disposed in a battery module for controlling operations of the battery module. The PCB may also include voltage sensing circuitry. In addition, the PCB assembly may include a bus bar cell interconnect. The bus bar cell interconnect may electrically couple batteries of the battery module. The PCB assembly may also include a voltage sense connection tab. The voltage sense connection tab may carry a voltage between a bus bar cell interconnect of the battery module and the voltage sensing circuitry on the PCB.

摘要： Electrochemical test cells are made with precision and accuracy by adhering an electrically resistive sheet having a bound opening to a first electrically conductive sheet. A notching opening is then punched through the electrically resistive sheet and the first electrically conductive sheet. The notching opening intersects the first bound opening in the electrically resistive sheet, and transforms the first bound opening into a notch in the electrically resistive sheet. A second electrically conductive sheet is punched to have a notching opening corresponding to that of first electrically conductive sheet, and this is adhered to the other side of the electrically resistive sheet such that the notching openings are aligned. This structure is cleaved from surrounding material to form an electrochemical cell that has a sample space for receiving a sample defined by the first and second conductive sheets and the notch in the electrically resistive sheet.
