    • A coaxial collect truck is disclosed having at least two clamping jaws which are radially adjustable by a respective chuck lever, whereby every chuck lever is connected to a respective stationary base part at one end by a first spring joint and is connected to a set collar at its other end by a second spring joint. The set collar is capable of engaging and releasing the clamping jaws by being rotatably seated at the base part by a respective third spring joint. Coaxial clamping in the sub-micrometer range is thereby achieved for precision round parts, particularly of plug pins for the releasable connection of optical fibers of light waveguides, whereby all chuck levers, base parts, first, second and third spring joints as well as the set collar are fashioned of one piece from a common plate.

    • A quick change tool holder is disclosed which allows tools to be changed while a collet holding the tools is rotating. The quick change tool holder comprises a stationary housing, a quill rotatably supported within the housing, a collet rotatingly engaged by the quill, the collet adapted to releasingly engage a tool. A rotatable sleeve threadingly engages the housing, and rotation of the sleeve in a first direction releases a tool held in the collet for removal of the tool while the collet is rotating. Rotation of the sleeve in a second direction engages the shank of a tool that has been placed within the collet for rotation therewith. The removal or insertion of a tool can be made while the collet is rotating.

    • The invention pertains to a chuck for detachable connection of two machine parts, with a chuck assembly arranged on or in a first machine part and a cooperating complementary part on or in a second machine part. The chuck assembly contains an axially displaceable tensioning element and several gripper elements associated with the tensioning element and radially movable by axial displacement of the latter, with a clamping surface for contact with a corresponding opposing surface of the complementary part. In order to allow a subsequent alignment or adjustment of the chucked machine part, the complementary part contains an outer part, an intermediate part arranged in the outer part, and an inner part arranged in the intermediate part, which are connected to one another by flexible outer and inner webs and are otherwise separated by outer and inner gaps. The intermediate and inner parts are adjustable in different directions relative to the outer part.
