摘要： An elastic wave includes a piezoelectric substrate having a polarization direction denoted by an arrow Px, and first and second IDT electrodes arranged on the substrate in an elastic wave propagation direction with a shared reflector therebetween. A first bus bar of the first IDT electrode and a first end portion bus bar of a second reflector are connected to a wiring electrode to define a first terminal. A second bus bar of the first IDT electrode and a second end portion bus bar of the shared reflector are connected to each other to define a second terminal. A first end portion bus bar and a first bus bar are electrically connected to each other. A second bus bar and a second end portion bus bar are electrically connected to each other, and the first and second IDT electrodes and are connected in parallel between the first and second terminals.

摘要： This invention relates to the structure of a band-pass or band-rejection filters by combining a plurality of one-port surface acoustic wave resonators whose interdigital electrode fingers are disposed on a piezoelectric substrate. The filter combining surface acoustic wave resonators of the present invention consists of a series circuit of the one-port surface acoustic wave resonators disposed on a piezoelectric substrate for transmitting elastic surface wave and a plurality of circuit elements containing capacitance elements, and one-port surface acoustic wave resonators disposed between the electrodes of the plurality of circuit elements and the common ground. This structure can accomplish a filter having a low loss, high power handling capability and high design freedom of rejection- and passing-band.

The half-groups are alternately distributed into two or more channels such that the finger electrodes of each phase form a more or less gap-free series as viewed over all channels. A common, meandering busbar for both phases is associated with each channel.

摘要： A branching 1 filter has an antenna terminal 3 which receives signal waves and disturbance waves, a transmission filter 11 which is connected to the antenna terminal 3, a reception filter 13 which is connected to the antenna terminal 3 and receives a portion of the signal waves and has, as a passband, a frequency range higher than a passband of the transmission filter 11, and a disturbance wave resonator which is connected to the antenna terminal 3 and to the ground and positioned closer to the antenna terminal 3 side than the transmission filter 11 and the reception filter 13. The disturbance wave resonator 15 is connected to antenna terminal 3 at a position closer to the antenna terminal 3 side than the transmission filter 11 and the reception filter 13. A resonance frequency of the disturbance wave resonator 15 is within a frequency range smaller than the passband of the transmission filter and includes a frequency range of the disturbance waves.

摘要： Surface-acoustic-wave transducers include interdigital electrode fingers alternately connected to hot and ground bus bars. The gap between two adjacent electrodes has a relative tap weight proportional to the voltage difference between the two electrodes. A set of subtransducers connected in series, a string, has two ends that are connected to the major bus bars; several strings are connectable to a single pair of major bus bars. In string weighting a plurality of strings make up the number of different tap weights within the transducer. Here every subtransducer is preferably of minimal length, for example, nominally one wavelength. Since the full bus bar voltage is divided equally between the N subtransducers, the voltage at each tap is 1/N, and the length of the string is nominally N+1 wavelengths. Therefore, for a length of the transducer all taps have the same tap weight within each string.
