摘要： An electrical compression connector for connecting a plurality of conductors, the compression connector including a connector body of compressible material adapted to be inserted into a crimping tool having two opposed die surfaces for the compression of the connector body, the connector body including a first conductor portion and a second conductor portion. The first conductor portion includes a pair of side walls including a first side wall and a second side wall joined by a bottom wall, and a first conductor opening between the pair of side walls and the bottom wall and at least one insulation piercing member. The second conductor portion includes at least one second conductor opening extending at least partially through the connector body.

摘要： An electric vehicle includes at least one tractive element, a battery pack including a plurality of battery cells, an in-wheel hub motor coupled to the at least one tractive element and electrically coupled to the battery pack, and a busbar assembly configured to electrically couple the motor to the battery pack. The busbar assembly can include a busbar, a cable electrically coupled to the busbar, and an inverter electrically coupled to the cable and configured to convert power supplied from the battery pack to the motor. The busbar assembly further includes a bracket configured to mount the cable to a knuckle of the electric vehicle and position the cable at a fixed or variable angle.

摘要： A method for assembling a stator structure of a motor comprises providing a stator coil and a stator frame. The stator coil has a wire with an end segment and the stator frame includes a connector and a conductor. The conductor has an open-barrel crimping portion and a temporary holding portion. The method further comprises positioning the end segment of the wire in the crimping portion and a tip end of the end segment in the temporary holding portion. The method further comprises crimping the crimping portion to the end segment of the wire to electrically connect the connector and the end segment of the wire by penetrating an insulating coating of the end segment.
