摘要： The invention is directed to a battery case (1) comprising a compartment (2) for at least one battery module (3). Two first outer beams (4) extending in a first spatial direction (x) and two second outer beams (5) extending in a second spatial direction (y) are arranged essentially perpendicular to the first spatial direction. The first and second beams (4, 5) are forming a frame-like support structure (6). A tub-shaped insert (7) is connected to the grid like support structure (6) from a third direction (z) arranged essentially perpendicular to the first and the second direction (x, y). A closure (8) closes the tub-shaped insert (7) to form the closed compartment (2) for the at least one battery module.

摘要： A liquid-cooling pipeline for an energy storage system, a liquid-cooling system for an energy storage system, and an energy storage device are provided in the present invention. The liquid-cooling pipeline for an energy storage system comprises: an inlet pipeline including a main inlet pipe, at least one battery cluster inlet pipe and at least one battery pack inlet pipe, wherein the main inlet pipe has a liquid inlet and at least one liquid outlet, each battery cluster inlet pipe has a liquid inlet and at least one liquid outlet, each battery pack inlet pipe has a liquid inlet and at least one liquid outlet, each liquid outlet of the main inlet pipe is connected to the liquid inlet of a corresponding cluster inlet pipe, and each liquid outlet of the battery cluster inlet pipe is connected to the liquid inlet of a corresponding battery pack inlet pipe; and an outlet pipeline including a main outlet pipe, at least one battery cluster outlet pipe and at least one battery pack outlet pipe, wherein the main outlet pipe has a liquid outlet and at least one liquid inlet, each battery cluster outlet pipe has a liquid outlet, an exhaust valve located at a top of the battery cluster outlet pipe and at least one liquid inlet, each battery pack outlet pipe has a liquid outlet and at least one liquid inlet, and wherein the liquid outlet of each battery pack outlet pipe is connected to the liquid inlet of a corresponding battery cluster outlet pipe, and the liquid outlet of each battery cluster outlet pipe is connected to a corresponding liquid inlet of the main outlet pipe.

摘要： A spigot assembly for connecting a coolant flow conduit to a rechargeable battery thermal management system includes a male spigot, a coolant spigot having a connector body defining an internal coolant flow cavity and having a conduit connection end opening and a male spigot connection end opening. The spigot assembly includes a ceramifiable silicone rubber seal. The connector body is configured to receive the male spigot within the internal coolant flow cavity at the male spigot connection end opening, with the ceramifiable silicone rubber seal disposed between and sealing against an outer side of the male spigot and an inner side of the connector body. A spigot assembly is disclosed that has a collar surrounding the connector body. The collar has an angled inner wall configured to align the male spigot with the connector body and shield the seal from heat. A vehicle having the spigot assembly is disclosed.

K insulating positioning and connecting plates are arranged in the insulating housing along a vertical direction. The positioning and connecting plate on each layer includes the batteries in M rows and N columns to form battery pack units. All the battery pack units perform output alone or perform output after being connected in series or in parallel to form a battery pack. Each battery includes a metal shell and a cell filled in the shell. The shell includes an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder. The inner cylinder is located in a through hole in the center of the outer cylinder. A gap is formed between a side wall of the inner cylinder and a secondary outer wall of the outer cylinder. The cell includes an outer cell and an inner cell.

In addition, an interface (130) between a curved surface of the cells (118) and a curved surface of the pockets of at least one of the first cell holder (112) and the second cell holder (114) is sealed using a sealant. Further, the interface between the first cell holder (112) and the second cell holder (114) is sealed.

摘要： A tube of a thermal regulation device for cooling electrical energy storage members is disclosed. The tube extends in a longitudinal main direction of elongation. The tube includes a plurality of longitudinal channels for circulating heat transfer fluid that are formed one beside the other in the material inside the tube. The longitudinal channels open out onto each longitudinal end face of the tube. The longitudinal channels are divided into a first assembly for circulating heat transfer fluid and a second assembly for circulating heat transfer fluid. At least one longitudinal end face of the tube includes a sealing zone which is disposed between the channels contributing to forming the first circulating assembly and the channels contributing to forming the second circulation assembly.
