    • A method of producing a device comprises at least one displaceable operating member, wherein a foil (2) is placed into a mould and at least one polymer is injected into the mould to form a housing wall (3) adhering to the foil (2). The displaceable operating member comprises at least a flexible part of the foil (2) extending over a hole (5) in the housing wall (3). The foil is inserted into the mould, after which said polymer is injected into the mould to form the housing wall (3) with the hole and to form a support element (6) located in the hole (5). A gap (7) is provided between the support element (6) and the housing wall (3). The support element (6) is, at least at an outer area (9) near the gap (7), adhered to the foil (2) with a reduced adhesion force compared to an adhesion force between the housing wall (3) and the foil (2). After removing the device from the mould, the support element (6) and the flexible part of the foil (2) are mutually disconnected at a location of said reduced adhesion force.

    • A keypad assembly including a light guide plate, a keypad, and reflective layers is disclosed. The light guide plate includes reflective patterns that are locally formed on the bottom surface of the light guide plate to reflect a part of light going into the light guide plate to the top surface of the light guide plate. The keypad includes a pad that is in the shape of a box whose bottom is opened by sidewalls and surrounds the remaining portions of the light guide plate except for the bottom surface of the light guide plate and at least one key button placed on the top surface of the pad and outputting light reflected from the reflective patterns to their outside. The reflective layers are formed at the sidewalls of the pad facing the sides of the light guide plate to reflect light irradiated from the sides of the light guide plate back to the sides of the light guide plate.

    • A glue/adhesive delivery pin fixture (100) includes a top board (10), a support board (30), a bottom/output board (40), and a plurality of pins (50). The top board defines a gate (i.e., conduit) (14) and a plurality of glue runners (16) extending from one end of the gate. The support board has a plurality of through holes (36) defined therein. Each through hole communicates with a corresponding glue runner. The bottom board has a plurality of receiving holes (48), respectively corresponding to the through holes. A given pin is received in a respective through hole and includes a holding portion (52) on one end thereof. One side of the holding portion resists the support board, and the other side resists the bottom board. Each pin communicates with a corresponding through hole in the support board.

    • There is provided a keypad assembly operating a dome switch of a mobile phone. The keypad assembly includes a keypad disposed on the dome switch and having a plurality of bosses protruded from a position corresponding to the movable contacts, and a plurality of metal keys each disposed on the keypad at a position corresponding to each boss and protruding from a surface of the housing at a desired height, each of the metal keys formed with a numeral and/or character display penetrating through an upper surface thereof. Since the metal key is made of metal, it represents a metal feeling, in addition to various colors. Also, since the metal key is slimmed, it minimizes a thickness of the mobile phone. In addition, a process for forming the keypad is minimized thereby to reduce additional cost.
