    • Provided is a power generation system in which the combustion heat of hydrocarbon gas is used to heat the steam for power generation; at the same time, the exhaust heat thereof is used to dry and dry-distill low rank coal. Due to the use of a moving bed dry distillation furnace, it is possible to keep the product gas temperature reduced; further, fewer restrictions are imposed on materials such as those for gas pipes, etc., and it is possible to achieve excellent maintainability. The power generation system includes: a dry distillation step for dry-distilling low rank coal of high moisture content; a cooling step for cooling the fixed carbon obtained in the dry distillation step; a combustion step in which hydrocarbon gas obtained in the dry distillation step is used as the main fuel; and a power generation step in which there are provided a power generator moving a steam turbine by main steam generated in the combustion step and a condenser.

    • A process and an installation for increasing the burning energy of a natural fuel gas upon burning the same for domestic or industrial purposes. The process includes the step of supplying the natural gas into a treatment chamber confined by a cylindrical-shaped wall made up of a diamagnetic material, in front of which electromagnetic units are placed in a spiral shape to create a rotating magnetic field which acts on the gas with only one polarity. The installation has a reactor equipped with electromagnetic units and with a heat circuit, with an oil tank, where a number of electric resistors are placed in order to heat the oil, a pump, an oil cooler and a circuit for the transport of oil from the tank to the electromagnetic units of the reactor, an electric panel, and conduits for the transport of the natural gas.

    • The present invention provides a fuel feeding apparatus and method for improving the controllability of mixing process and mixing ratio of fuel and combustion air, and a combustion system and method for effecting new combustion properties. The fuel feeding apparatus of the combustion system has fuel feeding means, combustion gas extraction means, steam supply means, mixing means and fuel gas introduction means. The combustion gas extraction means extracts combustion gas of a combustion area therefrom. The mixing means mixes the fuel of fuel feeding means with at least one of combustion gas extracted from the furnace and steam of a steam generator. The fuel gas introduction means introduces a mixed fluid of combustion gas, steam and fuel to the combustion area as a fuel gas, and allows the fuel gas to be mixed with the combustion air. A step of mixing the fuel with the combustion gas after extracted from the furnace and a step of mixing the fuel gas with the combustion air are stepwisely carried out, so that the controllability of mixing process and ratio of the air and fuel is improved. Such a control of fuel gas flow enables control of characteristics of flame and production of flame with new properties in the combustion area.
