The resilient portion of the clip extends into an opening and contacts the roller when a roller is received in the opening. The anchor portion is positioned in an adjacent opening and abuts the roll cage.

摘要： A support and coupling assembly for a moving screw auger that is used to move grit, such as grit that is used in the blast cleaning industry. The support and coupling assembly includes a hanger bearing assembly with a hanger bearing bracket with an end for engaging a support surface, such as a wall or a ceiling, and a removed end. A roller bearing engages the removed end of the hanger bracket and a shaft is press fit into the roller bearing. A pair of hub assemblies with flights engages the shaft and rotates with the shaft. Connector assemblies engage the hub assemblies to connect the hub assemblies to screw portions on either side of the hanger bearing assembly. The flights on the connector assemblies will cause the grit to speed up as it moves from the screw portion to the connector assembly.

摘要： An idler roll bearing assembly, made by a method, includes a shaft having a non-grooved outer surface. A shell extends about the shaft and is rotatable relative to the shaft. A rolling bearing is secured to the shaft. A roll head is secured to the rolling bearing. The roll head includes a portion preventing axial displacement of the rolling bearing. The shell is supported for the relative rotation by the roll head. A retaining sleeve is located on the shaft to prevent axial displacement of the rolling bearing. The sleeve has an interior surface in engagement with the non-grooved outer surface of the shaft. An inner diameter of the sleeve and an outer diameter of the shaft are sized such that the sleeve is secured onto the shaft by frictional interference fit and the sleeve is maintained at a position on the shaft by the frictional interference.

摘要： The present invention provides an alignment device of cutting machine, which includes: a stand and a ball transfer unit mounted on the stand. The ball transfer unit includes a main body, a first rotating body, and a plurality of second rotating bodies arranged between the main body and the first rotating body. The main body has an end forming a receiving chamber and thus forming a receiving chamber sidewall. The second rotating bodies are rotatably arranged on the receiving chamber sidewall. The main body forms an air entrance passage in communication with the receiving chamber. The receiving chamber sidewall extends out to form a bearing section corresponding to the air entrance passage. The bearing section has a side surface in which air outlet ports are formed. The main body has an opposite end forming a connection section that is mateable and coupleable to the stand. The present invention uses a ball transfer unit to replace the float pad made of porous carbon fiber material for aligning a glass substrate in order to achieve the purposes of lowering down cost.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for feeding a grease composition for grease-feeding to bearing units comprising 35 to 85 wt. % of fluorine-based grease and 65 to 15 wt. % of fluorine-based organic solvent; the method comprising jetting the grease composition into an inner portion of a bearing unit, such as a bearing for a conveyor chain having a grease-feeding hole, so as to feed the fluorine-based grease in an amount accounting for 10 to 45 volume % of the space volume in the bearing. According to the grease-feeding method, the grease composition for grease-feeding can be effectively applied to a bearing unit having a grease-feeding hole (nipple), thereby can be sufficiently supplied to a lubrication part, and allows grease-feeding without leakage from the bearing unit.
