摘要： A synchronous lifting or lowering system with hydraulic cylinders controlled by parallel-connected lift valves having two fluid passages. Hydraulic fluid for extending or retracting the actuators is delivered by a hydraulic supply system alternating between the two passages. Each time the supply circuit alternates passages, a fixed volume of hydraulic fluid is transferred during lifting or received during lowering by the respective lift or lowering valves to or from the cylinders causing the rods to lift or lower a proportionate amount. All of the rods extend during advancement or retract during lowering by approximately the same increment each time the supply circuit alternates passages. Because the rods all extend or retract the same increment each cycle, the load is lifted or lowered evenly and the need for height sensors or transducers is eliminated.

The PTO shaft is supported by the pump housing and is parallel to the input shaft and extends outwardly from a surface of the pump housing that is opposite to the surface that faces the driving source.

An additional pressure oil feed means for feeding pressure oil to the additional actuator 27 is provided independently of the tilting/angling directional control valve, and the additional pressure oil feed means has an additional directional control valve 29.

The PTO unit includes a PTO shaft supported by the pump case so as to have an end extending outward from the pump case, and a clutch mechanism for selectively enabling and disabling transmission of driving power from the input member to the PTO shaft.

摘要： The invention relates to a method of operating a hydraulic pressing unit, in particular manual pressing unit, and a pressing unit of this type, it being the case that the pressing unit has a hydraulic pump, a moving part, a stationary part and a non-return valve, that, furthermore, the moving part is displaced into a pressing position by the build-up of a hydraulic pressure and the non-return valve moves automatically into an open position only in the presence of a predetermined hydraulic pressure corresponding to a pressing pressure, and that, furthermore, the moving part is configured for moving back automatically from the pressing position into an end position under the action of a restoring spring and the non-return valve is configured only to close once the moving part has reached the end position. In order to allow the moving part to be stopped optionally in position, the invention proposes, as far as the method is concerned, that the non-return valve is subjected to the action of a closure force, which is necessary for achieving the optional stopping in position of the moving part nulllacunanull as the moving part moves back, when a pre-selected return position or a predetermined return position of the moving part is reached. It is advantageous here if it is possible to stop the return of the moving part before it reaches the end position by a triggering device, acting on the non-return valve. The open position of the non-return valve may also be arrested until a predetermined return position of the moving part has been reached.

摘要： A hydraulic power unit for an auto-hoist lift having improved noise characteristics and a more compact design. A motor and pump driving the power unit are located inside a hydraulic fluid reservoir to thereby reduce the amount of noise reaching the immediate vicinity of the power unit. The motor and pump are submerged in the hydraulic fluid to advantageously utilize the hydraulic fluid to cool the motor. The power unit may further incorporate a delay valve for reducing the start-up torque load on the motor, thereby allowing the motor to be sized for normal operating requirements rather than oversized for start-up requirements.
