摘要： A lift system includes a lift structure and a lift structure actuation assembly. The lift structure can actuate between a lowered position and a raised position. The lift structure actuation assembly includes a hydraulic cylinder operably coupled with the lift structure, a motor, a hydraulic pump powered by the motor, and a flow control assembly that can limit hydraulic fluid exiting the hydraulic cylinder to a maximum volumetric flow rate. The hydraulic pump can pump hydraulic fluid into the hydraulic cylinder in order to raise the lift structure. The lift structure actuation assembly can lower the lift structure in a fast descent mode and a slow decent mode. In the slow descent mode, the hydraulic pump pumps hydraulic fluid toward the hydraulic cylinder such that the hydraulic fluid exits the hydraulic cylinder at a slower volumetric flow rate compared to the maximum volumetric flow rate.

摘要： The present invention relates generally to a DEF tank hydraulic jack adapter plate. The adapter can be fixedly or removably attached to the top surface of an existing hydraulic jack such that the jack can be used to remove or replace a DEF tank from a diesel vehicle. Accordingly, the adapter secures a tank to the plate body of the adapter via a plurality of frame arms which attach to the vertical plates of the plate body. The adapter ensures the tank is retained upon the adapter and subsequently on the jack.

摘要： The present invention is a vehicle lift. In particular, the present invention is directed to a vehicle lift that has an adjustable vehicle receiver mount that is vertically adjustable and horizontally adjustable. The vehicle receiver mount has two lifting arms and two support arms pivotally attached. The lifting arms are each pivotally attached to a platform shoe and the support arms are attached to vertical rotation cups. The extruded aluminum vehicle platform is pivotally mounted on four pivot arms. The pivot arms are pivotally attached to the platform. The lift is attached to the vehicle receiver mount and is also attached to a crossbar mounted between the two lifting arms. The drive is preferably a single unit hydraulic drive. The vehicle receiver mount also has a towing receiver. The vehicle platform preferably has two channels with tethering and anchoring hardware, a vehicle stop and entrance ramp mounted on the channels.

The control system receives a current load value from a load sensor corresponding to a load on the lifting device and compares the current load value from a previously received load value to determine a change in load. The control system receives a current displacement value from a displacement sensor corresponding to a displacement of the lifting device and compares the current displacement value with a previously received displacement value to determine a change in displacement. The control system compares the change in load with the change in displacement to determine a current load slope. The lifting device in identified in a loaded state based on a comparison of the current load slope with a load slope threshold. The control system may stop extending the lifting device after reaching the loaded state and start extending all of the lifting devices in unison to lift the load off of a base surface after all of the lifting devices reach the loaded state.

摘要： Disclosed is a pit cover and method of installing the same. The pit cover includes a plate having a hole defining an area. A block having a threaded hole may be affixed to a bottom surface of the plate such that the threaded hole aligns with the area. A support is associated with the foundation and a groove is defined by one of the pit cover or the support. A protrusion is defined by the other one of the pit cover or the support. The groove narrows from a first width towards a second width. The first width is disposed relative to the second width such that insertion of the protrusion into the groove causes an end of the protrusion to pass the first width prior to passing the second width. The protrusion interacts with the groove to align the pit cover at a predetermined position relative to the foundation.
