摘要： A supercharger includes a rotor housing defining a pair of cylindrical chambers. A driving shaft bearing is to support a driving rotor shaft for rotation in the rotor housing. A driven shaft bearing is to support a driven rotor shaft for rotation in the rotor housing. An oil sump housing is to enclose a timing gear end of the rotor housing. A shaft seal is disposed between the rotor housing and each respective rotor shaft. The oil sump housing, the rotor housing and driving and driven shaft seals define a closed container for oil to lubricate the driving shaft bearing, the driven shaft bearing, a driving timing gear and a driven timing gear. The oil pools in the closed container and a top surface of the oil is spaced below the timing gears when the driving rotor shaft is in a vertical orientation.

摘要： A vacuum pump includes a pump rotor comprising a rotor body, a housing arrangement, a slidable pump vane, and a backing support cone structure. The rotor body comprises a vane slit, a conical ring, a coupling-sided end portion, and a vane-sided end portion. The housing arrangement comprises a static conical ring corresponding to the conical ring. The slidable pump vane is supported in the vane slit. The backing support cone structure is arranged at a front end of the vane-sided end portion and is defined by the conical ring of the rotor body and the static conical ring of the housing arrangement. A coupling structure and a single radial bearing are each arranged at the coupling-sided end portion of the rotor body and a radial bearing is not arranged at the vane-sided end portion of the rotor body so that the rotor body is radially supported cantilevered.

摘要： A multiple vane kinetic system that produces variation in enclosed volumes between pairs of radial vane sets independent of each other and coaxial with a central axis within a annular casing that encapsulates the vane sets and operates in a sequence where the vane sets function as rotating links of the mechanism for a pellicular period, which is preceeded and succeeded by another period where either vane sets successively alternate between being a fixed link and a rotating link of the mechanism and during the former period the volumes between vanes remain constant as long as the vane sets have equal angular velocities, otherwise varies at rates proportional to differing angular velocities. The two time periods are controlled by timing devices actuating the vane sets to be coupled and decoupled with a power shaft and the variation in length of the two time periods makes roto-dynamic variable displacement machine.

摘要： A horizontal type scroll compressor includes a motor housing with a driving motor therein, a main scroll coupled to one side of the motor housing and having a fixed wrap for forming compression chambers, an orbiting scroll having an orbiting wrap and coupled to a crankshaft inserted through the main scroll, the orbiting scroll forming a first compression chamber and a second compression chamber on an outer surface and an inner surface of the orbiting wrap while performing an orbiting motion, and a front housing hermetically coupled to the main scroll. With the configuration, the number of components and assembly parts may be reduced, resulting in reduction of fabricating costs. Also, an inclination of the orbiting scroll can be prevented as the crankshaft is inserted through the fixed wrap and the orbiting wrap.

This may allow the discharge port to be formed the closest to an axial center, thereby reducing a dead volume and a size of the compressor. Also, with the crankshaft inserted through the fixed wrap and the orbiting wrap, an inclination of the orbiting scroll can be prevented.
