摘要： Oil distribution blocks and oil distribution systems equipped therewith. Such an oil distribution block includes a rigid block body configured to be secured to a cylinder head of an engine, an oil inlet, and an oil outlet. The oil inlet is configured to be releasably coupled to a first oil distribution line or a fitting therebetween, receive a flow of oil therefrom, and route the oil to an inlet of a cooling passage of the cylinder head. The oil outlet is configured to be releasably coupled to a second oil distribution line or a fitting therebetween, receive a flow of oil from an outlet of the cooling passage of the cylinder head, and route the oil to the second oil distribution line. The oil inlet and the oil outlet are configured to threadably couple with the first and second oil distribution lines, respectively, or the fittings therebetween.

摘要： A lubrication system in a machine includes a sump to collect a bulk portion of lubricant and a pump adapted to circulate the lubricant from the sump through a lubricant line to an area of the machine for lubrication. The lubrication system also includes an oil filter disposed along the lubrication line adapted to filer the lubricant flowing through the lubricant line. The lubrication further includes an additive fixture in fluid flow communication with the oil filter adapted to house at least one additive material section and distribute the additive material in a lubrication flow circulation.

The tilted face extends with a downward inclination from a dropping point on the reinforcing plate for the oil discharged from the drain pan to the drain hole.

摘要： A galleryless piston including a ring belt with three ring grooves is provided. Each ring groove is formed by an uppermost wall and a lower wall spaced from one another by a back wall. A pair of pin bosses depend from the upper wall, and pair of skirt panels depend from the ring belt and are coupled to the pin bosses by struts. An inner undercrown region is surrounded by the skirt panels and the struts and the pin bosses. A pair of outer pockets extend along the undercrown surface, and each outer pocket is surrounded by a portion of the ring belt and one of the pin bosses and the struts coupling the one pin boss to the skirt panels. The third ring groove includes an oil drain slot extending through the back wall to the outer pockets of the piston for conveying cooling oil.
