摘要： A planetary roller power transmission device includes: a stationary ring; a sun shaft disposed radially inside the stationary ring so as to be concentric with an axis of the stationary ring; planetary rollers provided between the stationary ring and the sun shaft so as to be pressed against them; a carrier that rotatably supports the respective planetary rollers and rotates in conjunction with revolution of the planetary rollers; an oil-containing roller configured to be in contact with a peripheral surface of each planetary roller; and a support body having a support shaft that is formed to protrude toward one side in an axial direction of the stationary ring in a cantilevered manner and rotatably supports the oil-containing roller. An axis of the support shaft is inclined such that a distal end of the support shaft is closer to the axis of the stationary ring than a base end thereof.

The drive unit includes: a first feeding line for supplying a first motor and a differential mechanism with oil discharged from a first oil pump; and a second feeding line for supplying a second motor with oil discharged from a second oil pump, the oil being supplied via an oil cooler that cools the oil. A passage between from the second oil pump to the second motor in the second feeding line and a passage between from the first oil pump to the first motor and the differential mechanism in the first feeding line, are independent of each other.

摘要： A lubricant cooler, a cooling and lubricating system of a speed-up gear box, a wind power unit and a low-temperature starting method of the wind power unit. The lubricant cooler includes a radiating plate and a one-way valve arranged on a lubricant conveying pipeline, wherein the radiating plate and the one-way valve are arranged in parallel, and the one-way valve and/or the lubricant conveying pipeline in communication with the one-way valve are integrated on the radiating plate. The lubricant cooler can solve the problem that, when the wind power unit is started at a low temperature, the cooling and lubricating system of the speed-up gear box causes the shut-down of the wind power unit because the lubricant blocks the radiating plate.

摘要： Lubrication and cooling assemblies particularly adapted for use with power receiving and delivery units that concentrically circumscribe planetary gear subsets encased in the housing of a vehicular transmission. Such assemblies utilize a source of pressurized lubricating and cooling fluid and employ a web plate extending transversely of the transmission housing. The web plate has an outer rim located in proximity to the transmission housing. A discharge chamber is provided in association with the web plate and is located in proximity to the outer rim. Fluid communication means penetrate the web plate to transfer pressurized fluid from the source of pressurized lubricating and cooling fluid to the discharge chamber. One or more spray rings define at least one wall of the discharge chamber, and one or more orifices penetrating the spray ring.

A gasket (63) has an extending portion which extends toward an inside of a transmission case (31). A flow path (70) which extends from an upper portion to a lower portion and guides lubricating oil discharged from a discharge mechanism (64) to an oil reservoir is formed inside the transmission case (31) using the extending portion. The discharge mechanism (64) discharges the lubricating oil toward an inner surface of the flow path (70).

摘要： An auxiliary transmission unit is connected to the input of a power divider, which power divider is connected between a pair of pinion shafts for respectively driving the front and rear axles of a tandem axle construction. The power divider includes at least one pair of meshing axle gears drivingly interconnected between the pinion shafts for transmitting torque to each of the axles. The auxiliary transmission unit includes a single pair of meshing transmission gears, one thereof being associated with the transmission input shaft and the other being associated with a parallel countershaft. The output of the transmission unit comprises one of the shafts of the power divider. A clutch sleeve is shiftably associated with the input shaft and can be engaged with the transmission output for permitting direct driving thereof, or it can alternately be shifted into a disengaged position whereby the input transmission gear drivingly rotates the countershaft to thereby provide a reduced speed ratio through the auxiliary transmission unit. The countershaft is drivingly connectable to one of the axle gears for driving the power divider when the auxiliary transmission is in its low speed condition.
