摘要： There is provided a damper device for a glove compartment has a housing, a damping unit, a rack member and a gear. An insertion hole is formed through a bottom surface of the housing. The damping unit has a case which is fixed to the housing, and a rotation shaft which extends into an inside of the housing. The rack member is removably installed to the housing and is movable back and forth with respect to the housing. The gear is removably coupled to the rotation shaft through the insertion hole of the housing and meshes with the rack member. The case has a boss which protrudes into the housing and is received in the inside of the housing. The gear has a non-gear portion which is inserted to the insertion hole, and a flange which is in contact with the bottom surface of the housing.

A thin portion is formed at an end portion of the case on one side in an axis direction, and a contact portion which is in contact with a small-diameter portion of the cover in the axis direction is formed at four positions of an inner circumferential surface of the thin portion at equal angular intervals. A partitioning convex portion which partitions a damper chamber in a circumferential direction is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the case, and the contact portions are formed at positions corresponding to the partitioning convex portion in the circumferential direction. A concave portion recessed radially outward is formed at a position different from the contact portion in the circumferential direction, and a welding convex portion is formed in the concave portion.

The dye containment seal is disposed in the dye storage portion, and is constructed and arranged to transfigure from a normal state to a dye release state thereby releasing the dye upon the piston assembly.

摘要： Device for opening cabinet door of cabinet body. Cabinet door is attached to cabinet body by self-closing hinges. Cabinet door is held in closed position at a small distance from the front of cabinet body. In order to allow cabinet door to be opened without gripping elements, without hindering the self-closing of the hinges, there is a unit having ejection piston with a locking apparatus and tension rod in cabinet body. Ejection piston is supported in the unit by compression spring, and tension rod is supported in the unit by tension spring. Ejection piston and tension rod are coupled to each other by a control apparatus having a freewheel, and thus by tapping on cabinet door the opening of cabinet door can be initiated and cabinet door can be brought into an intermediate position. In the intermediate position, cabinet door can be grasped by a hand and opened further.

摘要： A hinge assembly for rotatably supporting a decklid relative to a body of a vehicle includes a damping mechanism for damping movement of the decklid relative to the body. The damping mechanism includes a damping clip attached to a bracket of the hinge assembly, and a damping bumper attached to a hinge box of the hinge assembly. Movement of the bracket from a closed position into an open position brings the damping bumper into engagement with the damping clip. The damping bumper spreads and/or elastically deforms the damping clip to absorb energy and dampen the movement of the bracket and/or the decklid.
