摘要： A hood latch assembly for a vehicle. A housing includes an insert recess allowing a striker coupled to a hood of a vehicle to be retracted into and withdrawn from the insert recess. A latch has one end portion pivotably coupled to an inner portion of the housing. A fitting recess in the other end portion of the latch allows the striker to be retracted into and withdrawn from the fitting recess. A support protrusion is formed on one end portion of the fitting recess. A safety hook includes a hinge disposed on one end portion to be pivotably coupled to an outer portion of housing and a sliding protrusion disposed on the other end portion to allow the striker to slide when in contact with the striker. When the hood is in a closed position, the safety hook is supported by the support protrusion so as not to pivot.

摘要： A vehicular door device in which an inner handle is connected to a latch mechanism with a wire so as to be capable of being linked, and in which a latch release restriction device that disables and restricts a link between the inner handle and the latch is provided in an operation transmission path ranging from the inner handle to the latch with the wire in between. A release motor that actuates the latch in an engagement releasing direction is provided, the release motor being linked to the latch without having the wire between itself and the latch. When a switch operation of the door opening switch is performed, restriction to the link performed by the latch release restriction device is cancelled and the release motor is actuated in the engagement releasing direction without waiting for the cancellation of the restriction to be completed.

摘要： A motor vehicle door lock includes a rotary latch which in a locking position encompasses a locking element that is pre-tensioned in a direction of an open position releasing the locking element. A pawl is in engagement with the rotary latch such that the latch is inhibited from moving towards the open position. A coupling section of the pawl is coupled to a drive element which moves the pawl between an engagement position and a release position, the release position allowing the rotary latch to move toward the open position. A force is applied to the pawl only in the engagement position thereof and the force application holds the pawl in engagement with the rotary latch.

摘要： A door lock device has a high degree of freedom in the disposition of an open link for switching between a locked state and an unlocked state and has low operational resistance when being put into the locked state. When there is a malfunction in which the open link is jammed by dust and therefore does not move from a lock waiting position to an unlock waiting position even when an unlock action is performed, when an outside handle interlock lever is turned, a sliding-contact tilt guide provided on a support body slides and makes sliding-contact with the open link and forcibly tilts the open link, and as a result, it becomes unnecessary to increase an energizing force of a torsion coil spring as a precaution against such malfunction. This makes it possible to reduce the operational resistance when the door lock device is put into the locked state.

The rotary latch has a protruding blocking surface and a pocket-shaped recess or pocket adjoining the protruding blocking surface. The pocket-shaped recess extends arcuately from the protruding locking surface, whereby a “V”-shape is avoided. The arcuate shape prevents zones in which dust may accumulate to an increased extent. If dust is unable to accumulate to an increased extent, then there is correspondingly less dust available that may deposit between surfaces and cause creaking noises.

摘要： A vehicle door lock apparatus includes housings respectively having a housing chamber and a latch chamber formed therein, a latch mechanism housed in the latch chamber and being configured to retain a door closed with respect to a vehicle frame, and an actuating mechanism housed in the housing chamber for actuating the latch mechanism. A first and a second switch are housed in one of the latch chamber and the housing chamber, and respectively detect states of the actuating mechanism and the latch mechanism. A plurality of terminals is arranged in a first row and a second row in the housing. The first switch is connected to terminals in the first row and the second switch is connected to terminals in the second row such that the plurality of terminals is sandwiched by the first switch and the second switch.
