    • An interconnecting alignment and support system for supporting and maintaining alignment of at least one conduit or pipe is disclosed. The system may be used, for example, during a concrete pour operation or other construction operation. The system comprises a base spacer and, optionally, one or more of an intermediate spacer and/or another base spacer. The base spacer is constructed to be capable of interlocking with another spacer on each side and the top. The intermediate spacer is constructed to be capable of interlocking with another spacer on each side and both the top and bottom. The interlocks on the spacers may be releasably latched when fully interlocked. By interlocking the spacers, a matrix structure for aligning and supporting conduit or pipe may be created. The base spacer is attachable to a surface, so that the alignment and support system may be fixed in place.

    • A pre-stressing sheath for preventing wet concrete from penetrating between the sheath and strands being debonded, and for covering sections of reinforcing strands in pre-stressed concrete beams such that any potential strand tension transmitted to a beam is nullified by allowing the strands to slide freely within the pre-stressing sheath. The pre-stressing sheath is made up of a first hollow cylindrical sheath section having a longitudinal slit that allows the first sheath section to be opened and placed about the concrete reinforcing element, and a second hollow cylindrical sheath section having a longitudinal slit that allows the sheath section to be opened and placed about both the concrete reinforcing element and the first sheath section. The first sheath section further includes an integral outwardly projecting ridge for interlocking with the longitudinal slit of the second hollow cylindrical sheath section.

    • A process of manufacturing concrete construction elements is provided. A first sheath is placed in a first mold, the first sheath connected at an end to a first sleeve applied against a wall of the mold, the sleeve engaging a positioning boss placed on the wall. Concrete is poured into the first mold and set to obtain the first element. The first element is extracted from the first mold and includes a contact face shaped by the wall. A second sheath is placed in a second mold, the second mold having one side formed by the contact face. The second sheath includes an end connected to a second sleeve held in position relative to the first sleeve by a positioning joint. Concrete is poured into the second mold and set to obtain a second element. The second element is extracted from the second mold by disengaging the positioning joint.
