    • Prefab wall, column, ceiling concrete forms are provided. The wall or column concrete forms comprise a metal mesh portion, dented line portions, horizontal cut portions, edge-pole portions, and a foam or light concrete portion. The metal mesh portion is formed with a shape of three-sided vertical mesh frame, the metal mesh portion comprising front net and two side nets. The dented line portions are provided horizontally across a plurality of locations of the metal mesh portion. The horizontal cut portion is provided at an edge of the side nets and being configured to receive rebars. The edge-pole portion is provided vertically along an inner edge of the side nets. The foam or light concrete portion is disposed and hardened with the metal mesh portion and the plurality of dented line portion. The ceiling concrete form includes a base board, pyramidal trusses, and a longitudinal bar.

    • A structure for forming a vertically orientated wall comprises a flexible front panel having a longitudinal axis, a transverse axis and substantially continuous front surface; a flexible rear panel positioned rearwardly and parallel to the front panel; and a plurality of cross members connecting the front and rear panels. The front and rear panels define an upwardly opening cavity therebetween for accepting filler material, such as concrete therein. The rear panel includes at least one longitudinally disposed laterally deformable portion, such as a channel or zig zag pattern, which allows for the associated expanding and contracting of the rear panel during adjusting of the arcuate configuration of the wall structure.

    • An insulated concrete form has: a first side wall portion; a second side wall portion substantially parallel with said first side wall portion; and a pillar portion extending between said the side wall portions. The pillar portion has: a first tapered section; a second tapered section; and a center section extending between said tapered sections. The first tapered section, the second tapered section and the center section each have an octagonal-shaped longitudinal cross-section. The insulated concrete form may include a plurality of pillar portions extending between the side wall portions, with the plurality of pillar portions being substantially parallel with each other. A wall structure may be formed from a plurality of such insulated concrete forms. A mold for forming an insulated concrete form, has: a first side plate and a second side plate; a slave pallet element supported by a frame and abutting a lower portion of interior sides of the side plates; and a first spine member and a second spine member attached to the side plates. The first side plate and the second side plate, along with the first spine member and the second spine member, may be pulled horizontally outward to clear the mold cavity.

    • The embodiments herein disclose a method and system for fabricating a non load bearing partition wall with an internal cavity having partition. The non load bearing partition wall comprises at-least two pre-cast concrete panels arranged in back to back fashion. The pre-cast concrete panel comprises several ribs for enhancing the stiffness matrix. The two ribs are adopted at the two opposite edges of the pre-cast concrete panel and one rib is adopted at the center. The non load bearing partition wall comprises a cavity formed between the pre-cast concrete wall panels. The cavity uses the concept of monolithic property to prevent bending along the width and length, with a special method of anchorage. The panel comprises an inbuilt duct facility to add service fixtures and also to allow for modifications after installation.

    • An insulated concrete form wall building system wherein a first embodiment includes a pair of spaced apart elongated expanded polystyrene sidewalls, each having opposed inner surfaces that are formed with longitudinally spaced apart vertically oriented ribs that terminate in substantially flat surfaces to abut against one another to serve as a concrete wall form. A second embodiment includes a pair of spaced apart elongated expanded polystyrene sidewalls and divisional members with flat sides which are attached to said sidewalls to serve as a concrete wall form. The ribs define channels for receiving concrete poured therein to form a composite polystyrene and concrete wall structure in the first embodiment and the divisional members serve the same function in the second embodiment.
