The jacket substantially retains the plurality of tension members. The jacket maintains a desired spacing and alignment of the tension members relative to each other. The jacket includes a plurality of first fibers and a plurality of second fibers. The jacket defines at least one exterior, traction surface of the belt. The first fibers are at least partially disposed between the tension members and the traction surface of the belt. The second fibers are fill fibers. The first fibers have at least one property that distinguishes them from the second fibers.

The method of preparing the belt comprises (i) preparing a cover fabric by orienting conductivity filaments in warp and weft yarn directions, and (ii) covering the cover fabric on a rubber core. The belt is environment-friendly because carbon black, which may produce environmentally hazardous substances, is excluded from the belt. The conductivity filaments are oriented in canvas of the belt with a predetermined interval, so that electrical conductivity can be represented on the entire surface of the belt.

摘要： A method of weaving including warp and weft being supplied in the form of tapes, and not yarns. The method preferably carried out in vertical format and includes feeding positively flat tensionless warp for shedding and taking-up; selecting, feeding positively and inserting weft tapes of different widths and thickness by gripping in its fore end in flat condition; depositing inserted weft at fabric-fell in a flat condition without beating-up; and taking-up the woven material that includes either the same or different widths of flat wefts. The warps and wefts, preferably of partially stabilized type of fibrous tapes, can be overfed in a tensionless, positive and controlled manner when required to make the fibres of constituent fibrous tapes occur non-linearly in the form of wave/texture during weaving. Extra warps and wefts can be also fed in tandem whereby the warps and wefts become composed of two or more unconnected, mutually slipping, flat tapes in a stacked arrangement. These doubled warps and wefts function effectively as a unit warp and weft during weaving and in the fabric. The method also allows for the production of other materials such as those with slant weft tapes in relation to warp, having a shape within the body of the fabric and warp and weft tapes of shaped edges. A variety of fibrous and non-fibrous materials are equally well processed.

摘要： A woven construction belt is fabricated by a method to manufacture said belt and, said belt has a surface, at least one warp, at least two wefts, at least two locking wefts and a binding layer. The method has a preparing step, a weaving step, a dipping step and a fixing step. In The preparing step, warp fibers, at least two wefts and at least two locking wefts are made from tempered fibers. In the weaving step, the wefts are first woven transversely through the warp fibers, the locking wefts are subsequently woven through the warp fibers and the wefts to form a woven belt. In the dipping step, the woven belt is dipped into a macerate tank to apply binding material to the woven belt. In the fixing step, the binding material on the woven belt is cured to form a binding layer and complete the woven construction belt.
