摘要： The present invention is directed to virus-like particles (VLPs) which display immunogenic peptides of Flavivirus non-structural Protein 1 (NS1) derived from Dengue Virus (DENY), immunogenic compositions and vaccines against Flavivirus infection and related methods of immunizing and/or vaccinating subjects against Flavivirus, especially Dengue infections. The VLPs according to the present invention comprise polypeptide subunits of Dengue NS 1 protein which has been conjugated to the surface of a VLP as described herein, often a VLP derived from a Qbeta (Pβ) or AP205 bacteriophage.

摘要： Methods, systems, compositions and strategies for the delivery of RNA into cells in vivo, ex vivo, or in vitro via ARMMs are provided. In some aspects, ARMMs containing fusion proteins of ARRDC1 fused to an RNA binding protein or an RNA binding protein fused to a WW domain are provided. In some aspects, ARMMs containing binding RNAs associated with cargo RNAs are provided. In other aspects, cargo RNAs associated with a binding RNA, such as a TAR element, are loaded into ARMMs via ARRDC1 fusion proteins containing an RNA binding protein, such as trans-activator of transcription (Tat) protein.

摘要： The present invention is related to the fields of molecular biology, virology, immunology and medicine. The invention provides a composition comprising an ordered and repetitive antigen array, wherein the antigen is an IL-1 protein, an IL-1 mutein or an IL-1 fragment. More specifically, the invention provides a composition comprising a virus-like particle, and at least one IL-1 protein, IL-1 mutein or at least one IL-1 fragment linked thereto. The invention also provides a process for producing the composition. The compositions of the invention are useful in the production of vaccines for the treatment of inflammatory diseases, and chronic autoimmune diseases, genetic diseases and cardiovascular diseases. The composition of the invention efficiently induces immune responses, in particular antibody responses. Furthermore, the compositions of the invention are particularly useful to efficiently induce self-specific immune responses within the indicated context.
