摘要： This invention provides a fluidized catalytic cracking apparatus and process for converting a hydrocarbon feedstock containing higher concentrations of Conradson Carbon Residue (CCR), metal impurities, etc into lighter products by employing two riser reactors in which the feed impurities are removed using an adsorbent in a first riser reactor and cracking a portion of first riser reactor liquid product in a second riser reactor to lighter products using the active catalyst thus eliminating the catalyst deactivation due to metal, impurities and FCC catalyst activity dilution effect to achieve a better conversion and higher catalyst longevity.

摘要： Systems and processes are disclosed for producing petrochemical products, such as ethylene, propene and other olefins from crude oil in high severity fluid catalytic cracking (HSFCC) units. Processes include separating a crude oil into a light fraction and a heavy fraction, cracking the light fraction and heavy fraction in separation separate cracking reaction zones, and regenerating the cracking catalysts in a two-zone having a first regeneration zone for the first catalyst (heavy fraction) and a second regeneration zone for the second catalyst (light fraction) separate from the first regeneration zone. Flue gas from the first catalyst regeneration zone is passed to the second regeneration zone to provide additional heat to raise the temperature of the second catalyst of the light fraction side. The disclosed systems and processes enable different catalysts and operating conditions to be utilized for the light fraction and the heavy fraction of a crude oil feed.

摘要： Method and apparatuses for producing ethylene and propylene from naphtha feedstock are provided. The naphtha feedstock includes a first component consisting of hydrocarbons that have less than or equal to five carbon atoms and a second component. The second component consists of at least one of an isoparaffin component having at least six carbon atoms, a naphthene component having at least six carbon atoms, or an aromatic component having at least six carbon atoms. The naphtha feedstock is separated to produce a first separation stream including the first component and a second separation stream including the second component. At least a portion of the second component from the second separation stream is converted to normal paraffins. Normal paraffins from conversion of the second component and at least a portion of the first component or derivative thereof from the first separation stream are steam cracked to produce ethylene and propylene.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of simultaneously manufacturing high quality naphthenic base oil and heavy base oil using a single catalyst system, by subjecting an oil fraction (slurry oil or light cycle oil) produced by fluid catalytic cracking and an oil fraction (deasphalted oil) produced by solvent deasphalting to hydrotreating, catalytic dewaxing and hydrofinishing of the single catalyst system, thereby obtaining not only products having low viscosity but also heavy base oil products (150BS) having high viscosity which was impossible to obtain using a conventional catalytic reaction process, and also thereby producing base oil products having different properties using the single catalyst system, thus generating economic benefits and exhibiting superior efficiency.
