摘要： The present invention relates to an adhesive composition, including: 100 parts by weight of an unvulcanized rubber; and from 20 to 100 parts by weight of an adhesive hydrocarbon-based resin with a softening point of 40° C. or less, and also relates to an adhesive foamable sheet including: an adhesive layer including the adhesive composition mentioned above; and a foamable rubber layer including a foaming agent, a curing agent, and an unvulcanized rubber. The present invention can provide an adhesive composition having both good adhesive properties and processability, which can form an adhesive layer in which cold-flow is controlled. In addition, it can provide an adhesive foamable sheet in which cold-flow can be controlled, having an adhesive layer consisting of the adhesive composition mentioned above.

摘要： Liquid concentrates for incorporation into polymeric resins are described that are storage stable and resistant to settling or viscosity changes which comprise:(I) a vehicle comprising:(A) at least one organic rosin material;(B) at least one surfactant; and(II) at least one colorant or additive.The liquid concentrates of the present invention have a body or consistency that allow them to readily flow by gravity and are further characterized by a substantially uniform viscosity. The liquid color concentrates of the present invention also are compatible with a wide variety of plastics and facilitate a reduction in processing deficiencies such as screw-slippage, water carry-over and uneven flow to the pump inlet.

摘要： Disclosed is a rubber composition for tire treads and a tire manufactured using the same. The rubber composition for tire treads includes 50 to 200 parts by weight of a wet masterbatch, 60 to 70 parts by weight of a raw rubber, and 50 to 200 parts by weight of a carbon black, the wet masterbatch being prepared by reacting 50 to 200 parts by weight of a carbon black, 20 to 100 parts by weight of a plant based resin and 50 to 200 parts by weight of a processing oil with respect to 100 parts by weight of a styrene-butadiene latex, according to a batchwise method. Accordingly, high grip performance is exhibited under a condition of heavy load, high slip and high speed, thereby being applicable to an ultra-high performance tire.

摘要： The invention disclosed herein relates to methods for vulcanizing elastomeric materials. The method comprises providing a mixture of ZnO and an amphiphilic triblock copolymer selected from the group consisting of rosin and C.sub.18 -C.sub.24 fatty acid esters of polyethylene glycol and the use of the mixture for vulcanizing an elastomeric component with sulfur. The mixture not only improves the dispersion of zinc salts in the elastomeric composition but also reduces mold fouling by reducing the migration of zinc salts to the interfacial area of the elastomeric composition.
