摘要： A method for preparing silica nanoparticles includes the steps of: slowly titrating a sodium silicate solution with an acid solution to obtain a silicic acid-containing solution; continuously stirring the silicic acid-containing solution; slowly titrating the silicic acid-containing solution with the acid solution to obtain a silicic acid-enriched solution; continuously stirring the silicic acid-enriched solution; collecting the silicic acid-enriched solution as a silica nanoparticle precursor solution when a pH value of the silicic acid-enriched solution reaches a target pH value; and subjecting the silica nanoparticle precursor solution to a flame spray pyrolysis or a drying-grinding-calcining treatment.

摘要： A porous silica particle optimized as the scrubbing agent is used for a cleansing cosmetic. The porous silica particle has an average circularity of 0.1 to 0.5, a pore volume of 1.0 to 2.0 ml/g, a mode diameter of 50 to 600 μm, and a ratio of the maximum particle diameter to the mode diameter of 3.0 or less. The porous silica particle moreover has a median size of 0.5 to 25 μm and the maximum particle diameter of 1 to 100 μm, after rubbing with a load of 1.0 to 1.4 KPa for 30 seconds. With the cleansing cosmetic containing this particle, the skin is rubbed by the frictional force generated by the friction with the skin at the rubbing. Therefore, the mild peeling effect for the stratum corneum is obtained and the damage of the skin and the micro damage on the stratum corneum can be prevented.

Silica products and dentifrice compositions comprising the silica products are also disclosed. A continuous loop reactor is also disclosed.

The present invention uses at least two types of fluids to be processed; at least one of the fluids to be processed is a fluid containing a ceramic starting material liquid that mixes and/or dissolves a ceramic starting material in a basic solvent; of the fluids aside from the ceramic starting material liquid, at least one of the fluids to be processed is a fluid containing a solvent for precipitating ceramic microparticles; and ceramic microparticles are precipitated by mixing the fluid containing the ceramic starting material liquid and the fluid containing the solvent for precipitating ceramic microparticles within a thin film fluid formed between at least two surfaces (1,2) for processing that are provided facing each other, are able to approach and separate each other, and of which one is able to rotate with respect to the other. Ceramic microparticles having as increased crystallinity are obtained by mixing the fluid containing the precipitated ceramic microparticles precipitate and a fluid containing an acidic substance.
