    • An apparatus for changing paper rolls in a labelling machine that includes a first paper roll receptacle that includes a first roll carrier connected to a first end of a shaft, which can be moved along an axis between an unwinding position and a transfer position. The first roll carrier has at least one clamping device that is radially displaceable between a clamping position and a release position. The apparatus further includes a second paper roll receptacle that includes a second roll carrier that in a storage position is disposed coaxially with respect to the first roll carrier. In the transfer position, the first roll carrier together with the clamping device is disposed at least in sections in an interior of the second roll carrier. In the unwinding position, the first roll carrier together with the clamping device is disposed at least in sections outside the second roll carrier.

    • The present invention discloses a paper roll device including a casing, a cover connected to the casing, a moving component, a first resilient component connected to the moving component, a lever pivoted to the moving component, a second resilient component, a detecting module and a control module. The first resilient component is for driving the moving component to move in a first direction. The lever pivots relative to the moving component as the moving component moves. The second resilient component is connected to a sensing portion of the lever and for supporting the lever in the first direction. The detecting module is for detecting a position state of the sensing portion of the lever, so as to generate a corresponding detecting signal. The control module is for determining an open/closed state of the cover relative to the casing according to the detecting signal.

    • The present invention provides a ticket dispensing machine and method for housing one or more independently operable and serviceable ticket burster machines for dispensing perforated tickets of all shapes, sizes and thicknesses. In one embodiment, the present invention includes a housing having a plurality of walls defining an interior section of the housing, at least one drawer mounted within the interior section of the housing, at least one ticket burster machine capable of cooperatively engaging a chamber within the drawer and dispensing tickets through an exit flag arrangement, and a moving wall apparatus secured to the housing at a position near the exit flag arrangement of the ticket burster machine, such that tickets leaving the ticket bursting machine are influenced downward by the moving wall apparatus.

    • A paper feeding device that feeds a sheet of a paper roll to a printing device includes two spaced-apart side plates having opposed first notches for rotatably bearing-supporting a first paper roll and opposed second notches for rotatably bearing-supporting a second paper roll that may have a different diameter in an unused state from that of the first paper roll. A near end sensor for detecting the remaining amount of the paper rolls is slidably positioned in a linear groove formed in one of the side plates. The linear groove having a longitudinal axis that passes through a midpoint of a straight line connecting a rotation center of a first paper roll bearing-supported in the first notches and a rotation center of a second paper roll bearing-supported in the second notches. When first and second paper rolls of different sizes are used, if both paper rolls are wound on paper tubes of the same size, the position of the near end sensor need not be changed, which is a great convenience for the user.
