摘要： A sheet tray provided with first and second trays respectively having first and second supporting surfaces. The second tray slidably assembled, in a first direction, to the first tray. The first and second supporting surfaces are configured to support sheets thereon. The first tray and the second tray have a first guide portion and a second guide portion which are formed at central parts, in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, respectively. The second guide portion is configured to slidably contact the first guide portion to guide the slide movement of the second tray. A first separation regulating part formed on the first guide portion, and a second separation regulating part formed on the second guide portion are configured to engage with each other in the vertical direction to prevent separation of the first and second trays in the vertical direction, exceeding a particular dimension.

摘要： A paper staging mechanism includes a picking mechanism, a separating mechanism and a detecting mechanism. The picking mechanism picks up papers and further transmits the papers rearward. The separating mechanism separates the papers from the picking mechanism and further transmits the separated paper rearward. The detecting mechanism is mounted to rear of the picking mechanism and the separating mechanism. The separated paper by the separating mechanism co-working with the picking mechanism passes rearward through the detecting mechanism. The detecting mechanism detects a relative distance between two adjacent papers which successively pass through the detecting mechanism so as to control the picking mechanism to adjust transmission speed of the papers for achieving a fixed distance between two adjacent papers.

The first switching mechanism simultaneously controls the reciprocation of the paper baffle and the parallel movement of the upper ticket stacking assembly, enabling the stacking mechanism to be selectively provided with a transport state and a stacking state. The sheet medium processing device utilizes the elasticity of the belts of the stacking mechanism to adjust and limit the vertical-direction state of multiple stacked sheet mediums, thereby achieving reliable transportation.

摘要： A media input system for an image forming apparatus is disclosed. The media input system includes an input tray for holding a stack of media sheets, a scissor picking assembly for picking individual media sheets from the stack, and a transport roller assembly for transporting the picked media sheets to a media path in the image forming apparatus. The scissor picking assembly includes a pair of guide rails pivotally linked to a roller support frame. The guide rails and the roller support frame are pivotally connected to a common gear shaft such that the guide rails and the support frame can pivot about the longitudinal axis of the common gear shaft in a scissor-like fashion. One end of the roller support frame is coupled to a pick roller shaft having at least one pick roller rigidly mounted thereon, while the other end is configured to pivotally mount to the housing of the image forming apparatus. One end of each guide rail is pivotally connected to the transport roller assembly, while the other end is freely movable. A driving means is coupled to the transport roller assembly to cause rotation thereof. A first gear train is mounted on one guide rail so as to provide driving engagement between the transport roller assembly and the common gear shaft. A second gear train is mounted on the roller support frame so as to provide driving engagement between the common gear shaft and the pick roller shaft.
