摘要： An automated modular quality control center assembly for tubulars having an automated inlet module, an automated transfer module, and an automated parameter defined segregation module. The automated inlet module has a pipe conveyor, which receives the tubulars from an initial pipe rack. The tubulars are rolled off the automated inlet module pipe conveyor to an automated transfer module pipe conveyor. The tubulars on the automated transfer module pipe conveyor pass in close proximity to and are scanned by the survey instrument detector. An automated pass fail pipe conveyor receives the tubulars from automated transfer module pipe conveyor. A pass test exit pipe rack or a fail test exit pipe rack receives the tubulars from the automated pass fail pipe conveyor that pass or fail a preset survey instrument limit of the survey instrument detector.

In one embodiment, an example item sortation system may include a shuttle having a conveyor, a first gate portion having a second width that is about half a first width of the conveyor, a second gate portion having the second width, an optional third gate portion having the second width, and an optional fourth gate portion having the second width, wherein the third gate portion and the fourth gate portion are disposed at a second side of the conveyor. The first gate portion, the second gate portion, the third gate portion, and the fourth gate portion may be configured to: (i) secure the at least one item on the conveyor during transport, and (ii) guide the at least one item along the conveyor when the item is unloaded.

摘要： Embodiments provide an electric lug loader system. An electric lug loader may include a shaft assembly rotatably mounted to a frame that extends across a flow path. The shaft assembly may have shafts arranged radially around, and parallel to, the rotational axis of the shaft assembly, clamp members arranged along each of the shafts, support members arranged radially around the rotational axis and across the flow path, and electric drives coupled to the shafts. Conveyors may be coupled with the frame and spaced apart across the flow path upstream and/or downstream of the shaft assembly. Additional drives may be coupled with the shaft assembly and the conveyors. A controller may be configured to synchronize the drives to engage successive workpieces between the clamp members and the support members and deposit the workpieces onto a lugged conveyor. Other embodiments provide related methods and systems.
