摘要： Sorting items are loaded into, or unloaded from, a transport volume. A transport volume-side end of a telescopic conveyor is telescoped into the transport volume to reach a suitable loading position. Then the sorting items are transported into the transport volume or unloaded and transported out of the transport volume. The position of the volume-side end of the conveyor is adjusted as a function of the ongoing loading or unloading state. The adjusted position is acquired by way of a control unit. The expected residual loading or unloading time remaining for the transport volume is determined on the basis of the acquired adjusted position and, optionally, the time profile of the process. The adjusted position may be determined from a rotational speed and/or an activation duration of the drive motor that adjusts the telescopic conveyor.

摘要： Disclosed are a sheet storage device and a controlling method thereof the sheet storage device including a storage unit, an adjustment assembly and a control portion. The storage unit comprises a mounting frame, a plurality of support brackets configured to place a plurality of sheets and two shiftable mechanisms mounted on the mounting frame and spaced apart in an upper and lower direction. The support brackets are mounted between the two shiftable mechanisms and spaced apart in a position shifting direction of the two shiftable mechanisms, and two adjacent support brackets thereof are constructed to define a storage space for placing the sheet. Each support bracket is configured such that upper and lower ends of the support bracket are adapted to be shiftably engaged with the two shiftable mechanisms respectively, so as to adjust the distance between the two adjacent support brackets. The adjustment assembly is engaged with at least one of two adjacent support brackets to adjust the size of the storage space. The control portion is connected to the adjustment assembly to control the adjustment assembly according to received user instructions.

摘要： An apparatus for reorienting and/or stacking products includes a frame and a telescopic infeed associated with the frame. The telescopic infeed has a receiving end and a transfer end. The transfer end is disposed at a first elevation and moveable in a machine direction and in a reverse machine direction. The telescopic infeed advances one or more products in the machine direction; and a landing surface receives the one or more products. The landing surface is disposed in a landing region proximate to the transfer end and at a second elevation. The first elevation is higher than the second elevation. A deflector is operatively engageable with the transfer end, such that the deflector is capable of deflecting a leading end of at least one of the one of more products.

摘要： An environmentally controlled conveyor system including a sensor-instrumented conveyor belt conveying products continuously through a thermal-treatment process and a method for determining the instantaneous position of the sensors. Temperature or other sensors are embedded in the conveyor belt across its width and along its length to advance with the product through the thermal-treatment process, such as through a pasteurizer tunnel. The sensor measurements are transmitted wirelessly from the belt to a remote system controller for monitoring or controlling the system. Data from sensors measuring environmental or belt conditions are used to determine the instantaneous positions of the sensors to coordinate the sensor data with sensor position.

In the present invention, with the intelligent variable-frequency controller, by reading position information fed back by the distance sensor and rotation speed information fed back by the rotary encoder, accurate voltage frequency control information is output by internal operation so as to control the rotation speed of the driving motor, so that a double closed loop control mode of the conveying and positioning system is realized. In the present invention, fast conveyance, accurate positioning and stable operation of the conveying trolley can be realized by the technical solutions in the double closed loop control mode, and the cost is low.

The system may detect a bearing seizure before any damage can occur to the track and/or may provide for improper lubrication detection.
