摘要： A closure (1) for a container (9), or for an ampoule (9), in which a medicament is accommodated, having a closure cap (2) and a closure stopper (5) accommodated in the closure (2). Detent moldings (6) are formed on the closure cap (2) for latchingly holding the closure (1) on the ampoule (9), and a sliding part (3) is provided which is movable relative to the closure cap (2) in order to displace the closure stopper (5) into the closed position. In order to advantageously provide, with respect to carrying out a freeze-drying process, a closure for a container, or for an ampoule, in which a medicament is accommodated, the closure stopper (5) is displaceable relative to the cap (2) by means of the sliding part (3) in order to move the closure stopper into the closed position. There is also a method for carrying out a freeze-drying process for a medium, or for a medicament, which is accommodated in a container, or in an ampoule (9).

According to the invention, the connecting runout is elastically deformable such that, under the effect of an axial effort, it enables an axial movement of the supporting edge from a raised position (R) to a lowered position, via an intermediate position (I), and, in a first deformation range corresponding to a movement of the supporting edge between the raised position (R) and the intermediate position, has a rigidity K1 which is higher than the rigidity K2 of the runout in a second deformation range corresponding to a displacement of the supporting edge between the intermediate position and the lowered position.

摘要： A closure stopper for pharmaceutical applications has a sealing flange seating in a sealing manner on an end face of the container's closure mouth. The sealing flange has a lower sealing surface and a boundary plane contacting an area protruding farthest downwardly and extending perpendicularly to the closure stopper's center axis. An engagement portion extending below the sealing flange is formed with a smaller radial extent than the sealing flange. Preferably a handling portion extends above the sealing flange. A circumferential sealing projection also is formed on the engagement portion and protrudes by a radial dimension with respect to an axial portion of the engagement portion initially adjoining the sealing flange from underneath and having a portion-radius. The sealing projection, at least with respect to its base portion, vertically overlaps a set-back region formed on the sealing flange and set back with respect to the contact plane.

The specimen enclosure apparatus includes a container having a cavity configured to receive the specimen and an opening extending through a neck of the container to the cavity. An internal flange is positioned intermediate the neck of the container. The specimen enclosure apparatus further includes a closure device configured to be received in the opening. The closure device has a flange seal portion configured to contact the internal flange to form a flange seal proximate the cavity and further has a radial travel limiter integrally formed with the closure device that is configured to contact the container in the opening to limit radial movement of the flange seal portion relative to the internal flange. Containers and closure devices are also provided.
