摘要： A heat exchanger assembly has: a front portion; a middle portion rearward of the front portion; a rear portion rearward of the middle portion, at least one of the front and rear portions being curved from the middle portion, the at least one of the front and rear portions extending below the middle portion; a top part, the top part defining at least one top recess; and a bottom part disposed below the top part and being joined to the top part, the bottom part defining at least one bottom recess. The top and bottom parts define therebetween a passage formed in part by the at least one top recess and the at least one bottom recess. The passage has an inlet and an outlet. A snowmobile having the heat exchanger assembly is also disclosed.

摘要： A snowmobile includes a chassis, at least one ski, and a skid frame that includes one or more slide rails extending longitudinally, rear idler wheels, upper idler wheels, and a rear suspension. The rear suspension may further include a flexible, composite member, a rear shock connected between the one or more slide rails and the upper cross member, a rear shock link, a rear cross member connected between the one or more slide rails and a lower shock pivot member pivotally connected to the rear cross member. The rear shock is connected to a rear portion of the lower shock pivot member and the rear shock link is connected via a spherical pivot joint to a forward end of the lower shock pivot member. The flexible, composite member is coupled at a first end to the one or more slide rails and at a second end to the chassis.

The snowmobile includes a rear suspension having at least one slide rail having a hyfax defining a plane, at least one front idler wheel in contact with the lower run of the track, at least one center idler wheel positioned adjacent the at least one front idler wheel, and at least one rear idler wheel positioned adjacent the at least one center idler wheel, and wherein the positioning of the at least center idler wheel is configured such that the at least one rear idler wheel is positioned at an angle relative to the plane having a value that is greater than zero.

摘要： A snowmobile has a frame having a motor module. The motor module has a front portion defining a cross member and further defining an aperture below the cross member. The frame further has a tunnel, a suspension module, a motor, a handlebar, front left and right skis both operatively connected to the handlebar and front left and right suspension assemblies operatively connecting the front left and right skis respectively to the suspension module and to the motor module. Each one of the front left and right suspension assemblies have a respective support arm having a proximal end positioned longitudinally forward of the motor module and a proximal fastener pivotally connecting the proximal end to the front portion of the motor module about a pivot axis. A line extending from a left pivot axis to a right pivot axis is contained in the cross member.

摘要： The present specification relates to a snowmobile. The upper arm includes two proximal portions connected to the vehicle frame and the upper arm extends outwardly from the two proximal portions in the vehicle width direction and the upper arm is connected to the knuckle. The two proximal portions are rotatable so that the knuckle and the skis can move up and down relative to the vehicle frame. The axis Ax2, passing through the rotation center C2 of the two proximal portions of the upper arm, goes through a position of the rotation center of the secondary shaft or through a position above the rotation center of the secondary shaft. This structure can reduce the force acting on the vehicle body frame via the upper arm and prevent an increase in the force.

Each of the right suspension and the left suspension includes a damper capable of expanding and contracting according to the vertical movement of the lower arm and a spring that exerts spring force in the expansion/contraction direction of the damper. The cylinder of the right damper and the cylinder of the left damper are connected to each other through a hydraulic fluid channel so that the hydraulic fluid flows between the cylinder of the right damper and the cylinder of the left damper. This snowmobile can reduce the difference in contact pressure on snow surface between the left ski and the right ski, when the vehicle turns.
