摘要： An auxiliary power take-off assembly (32) for a transmission (6) of a motor vehicle (2) having a torque converter (8). A driveshaft (30) is permanently connected to a drive motor (4), via the pump shaft (24) of the torque converter (8). In addition, the auxiliary power take-off assembly (32) has a transmission drive chain which includes at least a drive input element (34) and a drive output element (42) connected to an additional assembly (66) to be driven, and a shifting element (64, 68). The shifting element (64, 68) is functionally arranged between the driveshaft (30) and the drive input element (34) of the transmission chain for the optionally connecting the driveshaft (30) to the drive input element (34).

摘要： An active differential for the controlled distribution of a drive torque generated by a drive motor to two drive shafts includes a planetary gear train configured to couple the two drive shafts to a drive shaft of the drive motor, and a distributor motor including a distributor shaft. The distributor motor produces a torque, with a distribution of a drive torque to the two drive shafts being dependant on the torque produced by the distributor motor. The distributor shaft and the planetary gear train are coupled by a coupling device which only transmits a torque from the planetary gear train to the distributor shaft when a rotational speed difference between rotational speeds of the two output shafts exceeds a predetermined limit value and when a connection condition depending on an operating condition of the distributor motor is satisfied.

摘要： A transfer case includes primary and secondary output shafts, along with a secondary torque transfer mechanism and a locking mechanism, which are configured to selectively couple the primary and secondary output shafts. The secondary torque transfer mechanism comprises a sprocket coupled to the secondary output shaft, and a plate clutch coupled to the sprocket to selectively form a friction coupling with the primary output shaft. The locking mechanism selectively couples the primary output shaft to the sprocket, and includes a locking sleeve and an actuator that moves the locking sleeve between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the locking sleeve forms a first splined connection with the primary output shaft and forms a second splined connection with the sprocket. In the second position, the locking sleeve forms the first splined connection with the primary output shaft and forms a second splined connection with the sprocket.

The drive gear assembly includes a gear plate member, a sense plate member configured to engage the first actuation mechanism, and a hub member configured to engage the second actuation. The sense plate member and the hub member are independently coupled to the gear plate member to rotate in unison with the gear plate member.

摘要： A hybrid vehicle includes a dual winding electrical actuator for actuating an actuated mechanism. The actuator includes a low voltage winding coupled to a low voltage electrical system, and a high voltage winding coupled to a high voltage electrical system. Both the low voltage winding and the high voltage winding are operable to generate a magnetic field. The actuator includes an electromagnetic stator core that is operable to react against the magnetic field from both the low voltage winding and the high voltage winding to produce a torque. The dual winding actuator may be used as a voltage converter to convert the voltage between the high voltage electrical system and the low voltage electrical system, thereby eliminating the need for a separate voltage converter.

The gearbox device includes a secondary shaft with an output pinion meshing with a first crown wheel of a differential, the casing of which is rigidly connected to the casing of the gearbox device. An electrical machine is designed to function as electric motor and as electric generator, having a shaft connected by a transmission to a second crown wheel of the differential. An engagement device driven via an electronic control actuator is set between the shaft of the electrical machine and the second crown wheel. The electrical machine can be set coaxially to the output shafts of the differential or parallel thereto. Alternatively, the shaft of the electrical machine may be connected to the shaft of the internal-combustion engine by means of a belt transmission and engagement device.
