摘要： A pellet press machine, comprises a die block assembly for receiving powder to be compacted, and a press assembly for compacting the powder, the die block assembly laterally movable along a linear horizontal axis between the filling location at which an array of dies are filled with the powder to be pressed at the pressing location in which the powder in dies is pressed to form pellets. The filling assembly includes an auger driving by a motor to force the powder directly into dies. The auger further has a sharp edge sits right above the dies to force the powder directly into dies and the sharp edge scrapes the top surface of the dies so as to allow the high degree accuracy of filling dose for each die. With this filling assembly, the pellet press machine can product high density and small diameter pellet with high density and sticky density powder.

摘要： A rotary press comprises a press frame and a rotor arranged thereon. The rotor has a die plate, an upper punch receiver receiving upper punches, a lower punch receiver receiving lower punches, an upper cam that guides the upper punches, and a lower cam that guides the lower punches. A rotor drive can drive the rotor rotationally. Within at least one dosing station, material is filled into receivers of the die plate for pressing. An upper pressing station has an upper pressing roller and a lower pressing station has a lower pressing roller. Coupling means couples at least one drive that operates the rotary press to the rotor such that, with movement of the at least one drive, the rotor is raised out of its operating position and into a removal position where the rotor can be removed out of the press frame in a lateral direction.

The rotor has an upper punch guide for upper press punches and a lower punch guide for lower press punches and a die plate arranged between the punch guides. The upper and lower press punches are configured interact with cavities of the die plate. A filling device loads filling material into cavities of the die plate and at least one measuring device coupled to the filling device for monitoring the availability of the filling material in the filling device. The rotary press further includes at least one upper pressing device and at least one lower pressing device that are configured to interact with the upper press punches and the lower press punches to press the filling material in the cavities of the die plate into a pellet. An ejection device is configured to eject the pellets. wherein at least one measuring device is arranged on or in the filling device for monitoring the availability of the filling material in the filling device.

摘要： There is provided a production method and a production device for producing each of the rare earth sintered magnet sintered bodies without carrying a mold in a sintering furnace. The method includes feeding an alloy powder into a mold having side walls divided into two or more sections; filling the alloy powder into the mold to prepare a filled molded-body; orienting the alloy powder in the filled molded-body by applying a magnetic field to the filled molded-body to prepare an oriented filled-molded-body; detaching the side walls of the mold from the oriented filled-molded-body and retrieving the oriented filled-molded-body from the mold; and sintering the retrieved oriented filled-molded-body. The filling step and the orienting step are performed at different locations. A pulsed magnetic field can be applied in the orienting step and inside of the mold can be partitioned into a plurality of cavities by partitions.

A rare earth sintered magnet is prepared by feeding an alloy powder into the cavity through the shooter and sieve while applying weak vibration and vertical reciprocation to the shooter, applying a uniaxial pressure to the alloy powder fill in the cavity under a magnetic field to form a precursor, and heat treating the precursor.
