摘要： An apparatus and a method are for sealing packages on a flatbed machine. The package is formed from a base-film web and a water-soluble cover-film web. The sealing apparatus includes a liquid supply, at least one moistening unit, and a pressing device for vertically pressing and sealing the cover-film web together with the base-film web. The moistening unit has a moistening roller and a spraying device, the moistening unit being able to be switched between a first operating state and a second operating state. In the first operating state, the moistening roller acts on the cover-film web at a roller moistening location. During or after a machine standstill period, the sealing apparatus is transferred to a second operating state in which the spraying device acts on a spray portion of the cover-film web. The spray portion lies between the roller moistening location and the sealing location in the feed region.

摘要： The disclosure relates to a capsule weighing device and to a capsule filling device having at least one such capsule weighing device. The capsule weighing device includes a measuring unit and a capsule measuring receiver for holding a capsule. The capsule measuring receiver is positioned at the side of the measuring unit with reference to the weight force direction and includes a capsule measuring channel which is continuous in the weight force direction and has a releasable locking mechanism for the capsule. The capsule filling device may include a receiving station for empty capsules and ejection station for filled capsules, wherein a first capsule weighing device is arranged on the input side of the receiving station for tare weighing, and wherein a second capsule weighing device is arranged on the output side of the ejection station for gross weighing.

摘要： A deep-drawing apparatus includes an arrangement of die plates, wherein each die plate has a plurality of frame vacuum holes and at least one female die having at least one die vacuum hole. At least one vacuum channel connects a vacuum source to the die vacuum hole of the female die and to the frame vacuum holes of the die plate. The deep-drawing apparatus includes for each die plate a closing device for closing and opening the vacuum channel. The die plate is fed a single foil sheet. The closing device opens the connecting channel at the corresponding die plate and the foil sheet is laid onto the die plate. Thereafter, the foil is held on the frame vacuum holes by a holding vacuum and is deep-drawn by a deep-drawing vacuum at the die vacuum holes in the female die. A method for the deep-drawing of foil is also disclosed.

摘要： In a calibration routine, a first set of X-ray recordings of at least one closed first reference package without content is produced, and a mass calibration signature is derived therefrom. A second set of X-ray recordings of at least one closed second reference package having a reference content is produced, and a reference signature is derived therefrom. From the reference signature and the mass calibration signature, a reference measurement value is derived via subtraction. The reference mass of the reference content is ascertained by weighing and assigned to the reference measurement value. In ongoing measurement operation, at least one set of measuring X-ray recordings of closed foil packages each having a content is produced and a measurement signature is derived therefrom. Herefrom, and from the mass calibration signature, measurement values for the individual closed foil packages are derived via subtraction, from which the masses of the contents are quantitatively determined.

摘要： A capsule filling machine has a frame and a rotary plate. A processing station includes a weighing device for capsules. The frame has a table and feet for setting down on a floor. The weighing device has a weighing frame provided with dedicated weighing-frame feet. The table has a cutout with a peripheral edge, the weighing device being positioned in the cutout at a distance from its edge on all sides. The machine includes a flange having two ends that lie one on top of the other and a lining encircling its longitudinal axis. The flange in the region of one of its ends encloses the cutout in the machine table and is connected sealingly to the table in the region of the peripheral edge. The flange in the region of its other end encloses the weighing frame and is sealingly connected to the weighing frame.
