    • Continuous manufacture of at least a layer of latex foam with recesses of unlimited length to be divided in a plurality of blocks of latex foam by transverse cuts. The layer has a thickness between 10 and 20 cm and more. The process includes advancing along a predetermined longitudinal direction a metal laying surface provided with protuberances, gelating, curing. The process includes: a) Before depositing the latex foam inserting, by interference fit, supporting elements of resilient deformability having a predetermined thickness between pairs of protuberances of horizontal rows, the supporting elements of unlimited length; b) Carrying away the supporting elements with the advancing laying surface between an injection latex foam station and a layer extracting station; c) Embedding with latex foam the supporting elements. Advantageously the process forwards the blocks to a washing station and squeezes the blocks to a thickness reduction between 3% and 5% of their initial thickness.

    • The present invention discloses an environmental protection and safety pad and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method includes: providing a continuously outputted central mesh fabric; coating a soft polymer raw material onto the central mesh fabric according to a predetermined pattern by a plurality of material releasing/flow control systems that installs a soft polymer raw material such as a reflective glass bead or a fluorescent color powder of different hues; and finally providing a predetermined high temperature of the central mesh fabric of the coated soft polymer raw material, so that the soft polymer raw materials are foamed to form an environmental protection and safety pad with two or more colors and having reflective, wearing-resisting and biodegradable features.

    • A method and apparatus for continuously fabricating three-dimensional (3D) filament reinforced foam insulation slabs. Rows of X or longitudinal filaments are fed longitudinally into a machine in spaced, stacked horizontal planes. Rows of Y or transverse filaments are fed transversely into the machine in spaced, stacked horizontal planes. Z or vertical filaments are fabricated into units of four vertical spaced lengths of strands which fit into each of the vertical column squares formed by the X-Y filaments to form the continuous X-Y-Z orthogonal array. Urethane or equivalent foam is discharged onto a moving belt beneath the filamentary array which is moved in the same direction and at the same rate as the belt carrying the foam. The foam material froths or foams upwardly through the filamentary array as they move along to the next station for curing. After sufficient cure, the foamed array is cut from the frames and into desired length, forming planks.
