An air supply channel (15) opens into the upper region of the annular space (32) and an air removal channel (38) leads away from the lower region of the annular space. Furthermore, the cylindrical wall of the stator (12) has strip-shaped second impacting tools (31), which are evenly distributed over the circumference and which protrude radially inward.

摘要： A process is disclosed for the separation and recovery of fractional components of used carpet. Although the disclosed process is operable with either jute-backed or vinyl-backed carpet, an alternative process is preferred for vinyl-backed carpet to permit the sequential removal of the vinyl backing with most of the fiberglass stabilizer intact. The process includes the chilling of appropriately sized carpet pieces and preferably pre-soaking the used carpet pieces before chilling, followed by the introduction of the pre-conditioned used carpet pieces into a cyclonic comminuter which reduces the carpet pieces into fractional components. The chilling step could lower the temperature of the soaked carpet pieces to or below freezing to stiffen the backing material and enhance the comminution process. Processes for the recovery of the separated fractional components include collecting the components from the respective discharges from the cyclonic comminuter, washing, and separating by carding, static charges, pressure gradients and the like. This effective process will allow for greater utilization of carpet recycling operations to prevent used carpet from being disposed in land fills.

摘要： A resin reinforced fibre product such as glass fibre impregnated with a thermosetting resin is treated to recover fibre by initially shredding the waste, pulverizing the shredded waste and sieving the pulverized waste to separate the free fibres. The remaining waste is milled to produce a fine powder suitable as a filler. The pulverizing is completed without classification and a portion of the pulverized product above a nominal cut size recampaigned. Free fibres are separated by an airlift during the sieving process.

摘要： A process and apparatus for the low temperature comminution of tires includes the separation of the tires into tire portions including tread portions, sidewall portions and bead portions. The tire portions are cooled and crushed to form rubber granules and scrap material. The rubber granules are sorted from the scrap material in a process that includes the step of suspending the granules in a moving stream of low temperature gas. The stream of gas and rubber granules is impacted on a solid surface to grind the granules. The low temperature gas is preferably recycled and cooled by heat exchange with another circulating low temperature gas such as nitrogen.

摘要： This process for recovering metal values from scrap wire involves a preliminary first screening and removal of magnetic portions. Then there is a second granulation and screening followed by centrifugal impact milling of the desired screened products. The milling products, i.e., the pieces of bare wire, the loose insulation, and the pieces of wire with insulation still on them are then aspirated to remove the free insulation. The aspirated residue is then screened, impact milled and aspirated for a second time thereby extracting fine pieces of chopped bare copper or aluminum with an insignificant amount of insulation adhering thereto.

摘要： A method for processing a textile fraction, which was produced in the processing of discarded tires, includes: loosening the textile fraction, density separation of the loosened textile fraction by the force of gravity and air flow into a heavy material fraction and a light material fraction, separation of metallic components from the light material fraction contained in the air flow, and separation of the metal-reduced light material fraction from the air flow. The foregoing combination allows for such an effective separation of a major part of the non-textile components (rubber and in particular steel wires) from the textile fraction, and thus allows for the production of a “refined” textile fraction, that it is not possible to dispose of the latter or that the latter can only be recycled as energy, but rather that it may be fed into a material recycling process.
