摘要： A device for holding a stud with a radially flange and an axial shank. The holding device comprising a collet including a clamping section and a hollow insertion section defining an insertion axis such that the stud can be inserted via the insertion section to the clamping section. The holding device further comprising a tubular securing sleeve located radially inward of and concentric with the insertion section. A clearance is defined between a bottom end of the securing sleeve and a top end of the clamping section and is adapted to releasably receive the stud flange. A first air flow channel in a first direction is adapted to blow feed the stud into the collet; and a second airflow channel oriented in a second different direction is adapted to maintain the stud shank substantially in line with the insertion axis.

摘要： A screwing device including a connection portion configured to be detachably attached to a robot arm and a housing and a screw holding portion fixed to the housing. The screw holding portion is configured to hold a screw and bring the screw into contact with a screw hole of an object arranged in a predefined position. The screwing device includes a motor arranged to rotate the screw holding portion with respect to its longitudinal axis. The screwing device includes an alert unit configured to allow the screw holding portion to be moved away from a structure when the force by which the structure presses against the screw holding portion or a screw held by the screw holding portion exceeds a predefined level. The alert unit configured to bring the screwing device into a failure mode, in which the motor is turned off when the force exceeds the predefined level.

摘要： A feed unit is used to feed connection elements from a receiving position to a transfer position along a feed direction. The feed unit has a receiving part to which each connection element can be fed individually. A head piece is movably mounted in the receiving part and has a receiving region for the nuts, and a thrust unit to move the head piece. The head piece is rotated from a first rotational position into a second rotational position, being reached in an intermediate position, by a rotary device. A slider element moves relative to the head piece out of the intermediate position into a transfer position within the head piece such that the nuts are brought out of the head piece into the transfer position. The rotary device has a mechanical forced guidance unit which includes a control sleeve with a curved path into which a control element engages.
