摘要： A magnetic powder contains at least the first alloy powder and the second alloy powder in which those composition are different. The second alloy powder has a smaller median diameter than the first alloy powder and contains Cr of 0.3-14 at %. The first alloy powder has a Cr content of 0.3 at % or less. With respect to the total sum of the first alloy powder and the second alloy powder, a content of the second alloy powder is 20-50 vol % and the ratio of the median diameter of the first alloy powder to the second alloy powder is 4-20. The first alloy powder comprises either an amorphous phase or a crystalline phase having an average crystallite size of 50 nm or smaller. Thereby, a magnetic powder having low magnetic loss and good corrosion resistance without damaging insulation resistance and saturation magnetic flux density can be realized.

摘要： A magnetic core has a structure in which Fe-based soft magnetic alloy particles are connected via a grain boundary. The Fe-based soft magnetic alloy particles contain Al, Cr and Si. An oxide layer containing at least Fe, Al, Cr and Si is formed at the grain boundary that connects the neighboring Fe-based soft magnetic alloy particles. The oxide layer contains an amount of Al larger than that in Fe-based soft magnetic alloy particles, and includes a first region in which the ratio of Al is higher than the ratio of each of Fe, Cr and Si to the sum of Fe, Cr, Al and Si, and a second region in which the ratio of Fe is higher than the ratio of each of Al, Cr and Si to the sum of Fe, Cr, Al and Si. The first region is on the Fe-based soft magnetic alloy particle side.

摘要： A metal powder manufacturing device for manufacturing a metal powder includes a feed for supplying a molten metal, a fluid spout unit, and a course modification unit. The fluid spout unit further includes a channel and an orifice. The channel is provided below the feed, allowing passing of the molten metal supplied from the feed. The orifice is opened at a bottom end of the channel, spouting a fluid into the channel. The above course modification unit is provided below the fluid spout unit, and forcibly changes the traveling direction of a dispersion liquid. This dispersion liquid is composed of multiple fine droplets dispersed into the fluid. The above droplets are a resultant of a breakup caused by a contact between the molten metal and the fluid ejected from the orifice. Here, the dispersion liquid is transported so that the droplets is cooled and solidified in the dispersion liquid in order to manufacture the metal powder.
